I loved the ease of checking the facilities as usual when I stay at a hilton were very clean. staff was very professional and welcoming anytime I entered the building throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was good and varied each day on the main components.

Everything was super great it's nothing more than anything personal preference just need the pillows to have at least one firm one other than that the room was awesome love the feeling of feeling like home as much as possible.

The room was nice and spacious. Full size fridge was a big plus! The stove as well. Our room included a living area and bedroom. Great for our size family of 5. Breakfast options were great.

The scanners to open the entry ways and rooms from the outside of the building need upgrading! It took us more than a couple minutes to keep scanning our card to access the inside of the hotel. And there are no instructions on how to scan the card the correct way. I've noticed also had problems with their cards, so I would fix that asap. Someone else had placed a rock in the door so they can easily come in and out without having to struggle with the card scanner.

We were there for a softball tournament and Breakfast was very convenient for us. Fresh cut fruit would be a nice addition to breakfast. We enjoyed it overall

When we checked in there was only one person working the whole place. She informed us if we needed anything we would have to come down and look for her because she probably couldn't answer the phone. The next morning, we went down to the pool and it didn't look clean.

They are charging for parking. I think this adds an unnecessary expense. There is plenty of parking. We always stay at this property because of the social hour in the evenings. They have reduced that to one night a week. Staying there will no longer be automatic. We are going to look around. Also, when I booked with Booking.com it was advertised that I could cancel at no cost. When I went to change the date I was informed that if I changed my reservation in any way, I would be charged the whole amount. I probably won’t go straight to Booking.com to make a reservation now. I will call the property.

Clean rooms, spacious for the price and friendly staff.

The fact that your location is in Rocklin with tons of parking,I got charged 12$. without being told I woke up the next morning to see it on my bill. I could understand if this location was in a city. You need to rethink that call.

The location, the hotel and my room were nice. We both got a good night sleep

What I didn't like was the breakfast. Everything I ate was nasty but the orange juice was good.

The breakfast was great. There was a lot of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and always made sure there to replenish before more people came to eat.

Good choice of breakfast, ie cereals, fruits and yoghurts. Excellent location of Suite. Excellent customer services all round but especially from John Tucker who went that extra mile.

Bathrooms require more cleaning.

Pool and spa were closed, yet a “resort fee” was applied to our bill. I think a refund should be in order.
