We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament and the beds were very comfortable. It was in a great location, close to the location and to stores/food. I liked the space, the property was clean and felt safe, the breakfast was good.

We had an issue with the water temperature and after reporting it, the staff wasn't very communicative about whether it was fixed or not even when we asked again later when we got back to the room. The small square pillows were challenging to sleep on, luckily we brought our own from home.

Breakfast was abundant and staff friendly - I felt heard when I shared my observations about my room!I truly enjoyed talking with the other guests! And I am satisfied that the staff was attentive! Maria Lourdes served a good early breakfast!

It’s an older building where I stayed! It’s not easy to update so I understand that the shower and sink which had hairline crack is not easy to replace! I did not notice any baby cockroaches-however, my daughter did and the remote did not work in our room.

The ventilation, from front door, a moth and bugs came in and all of us got bit by something all over our bodies. Not sure what bit us. Woke up the next day to bites. Also I asked the front before 11am if they can come in the room and clean and bring 2 extra pillows and more coffee for next day and when we got back late 9pm ish no one came in the room, so I had to go in the OFFICE TO REQUEST the items, no pillows but gave me 2 extra blankets and coffee pods.

Great location, good breakfast daily, good accommodations, yummy afternoon cookies and a comfy bed.

We had a crack under our door that was over an inch, that’s too much. Fix the door! We made it work by placing a towel on the floor to cover the crack. We also had a bathroom fan that blew extremely hot air when we turned it on. It was not pleasant. Then the pillows on our bed were not even standard pillow size for the king we had. A bit ridiculous, don’t you think?

The room was very clean. Hats off to the Housekeeping staff. Restaurants and freeways were very close. Cool little Antique Mall next door. Great way to spend some free time.

Well, my mattress was a little old. The sheets and pillows were very good. Also, I should have called the front desk, but the person upstairs was walking around and doing something up there. I think it might have been maintenance because the cold water didn't work in the morning.

It was in a good area in the Roseville city.

It was an older motel turned into one of Best Western hotels. Best Western has always had a good reputation with other stays elsewhere. Our bathroom was very tiny and low ceiling. The door wouldn’t even shut all the way. Maybe another room would have been better. No Elevator.

It was in walking distance to food and shopping.

The pool was a little dirty. I’m still not sure if it was a no smoking or a smoking in designated areas? I don’t feel like it was real clear, one thing I read said “this is a no smoking campus” but when I was walking to our room there was designated smoking areas.

We came for aftershock. It was a 20min Uber ride from Discovery Park and Old Sacramento. The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. The air conditioning was very cold. The location was safe and close to many stores and restaurants.

You have to be present for breakfast. I like to eat in the room while I'm getting ready so I don't rush.

The staff was very friendly. There was a lot of parking available. Room was clean and had nice amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Gym was nice. They have security there at night, which was nice to see. Check in/out was fast and easy. Free coffee, tea, and cookies available. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee houses. If you have a pet, they have a nice grass area to walk your pet. I liked it so much that I made another reservation!

My only complaint was one of the beds was very soft and hurt my back to sleep on. But I was in a two queen room, so I just switched beds and it was fine.

Overall was happy with the cleanliness of the room and it was quiet ( I had an end room so only had one neighbour).

My only suggestion is to upgrade the breakfast food choices and for the staff to be more aware of when certain foods to run out and replenish them.
