Location was perfect to attend the Thunder Valley Concert Venue. The breakfast was exceptional for being also free! Unique and innovative design in the rooms and the shower head had strong pressure! Loved the 24hr coffee and hot water! Staff smiled and texted great info!

I think there should be a shuttle service to Thunder Valley for concert nights only. Also, Im vegetarian and needed to know what was in the omelets at breakfast, so maybe a notecard saying what they are?

The safe feeling and the security. Rooms were spacious and the furniture was comfortable to sit on. Everything one need to keep food fresh and heat up food was there. Bathrooms were spacious and everything worked. The automated things they do to keep prices down really help lower booking prices

This was my first trip and at this time I have no complaints

The lay-out of the room and the ammenities far exceeded any rooms we have stayed at that were just below $200.00 a night. The floors and counters were actually clean! The location was very safe, we even walked around the property after breakfast, and noted that although next to a freeway, we never felt unsafe. The staff was very helpul and Bob even printed something out for us after we emailed to him, as the printers were down. This was of upmost importance, although Bob did not know this when he offered, it was a Eulogy for my husband's brothers memorial, hence why we were in town.

Not a big deal but because I was asked about the room being quiet, as we went to sleep, the neighbor's TV volume was very loud and we could hear it. Good thing was, we were very tired.

The hotel was located in a nice and safe area. It was less than 10 minutes from the Water park we were visiting. It was also close to shopping stores and lots of places to dine. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast had strict hours so if you're a late sleeper make sure you set your alarm. Other than than our stay was perfect and we will return when we visit again.

No grace period for breakfast. I arrived there at 8:57a and the breakfast was already put up. I understand it was over at 9am so I didn't complain or remove any points based on something I should have gotten up earlier to do.

The room was spacious with working areas, kitchen and couch lounge area. Breakfast was easily accessible and good.

Our large family group received a warm welcome at the hotel, where they made sure we had connecting rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, catering to all our requests. Although I didn't catch the name of the young lady who checked us in, she was exceptionally kind. During check-out, Juliana informed us that we arrived just in time for breakfast before it closed. The kids were excited to make their own waffles, and Juliana kept us entertained with her jokes. We will definitely come back to stay here again.
