service was pleasant and attentive, location is good and across from the popular waterpark. linens and towels were clean

the hotel felt very old. carpet was well used and could be seen coming up in the hallways and near elevators. top floor is for long term residents. design was very dark colored wood and carpets were decades old along with furniture. otherwise, linens and towels were clean but thin. complimentary breakfast was unusual in that your choices from the normal items were required to be submitted on a piece of paper the evening before and you had to choose a time for pickup the next morning from the lobby. coffee and juice were available in the breakroom. parking $10. no pool

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, especially considering the hotel is not new! In person, the hotel looks much better than in the photos. I stayed in a studio, which was more spacious than rooms in other hotels. The bed was comfortable, and I didn’t hear any noise from outside, so I slept soundly and woke up feeling well-rested. The staff were nice and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. A check-out time before 12 PM is a real bonus! I would definitely return to this hotel when I’m in town.

I would not depend on breakfast at the hotel if you like something hot like sausages or scrambled eggs. It is a cold breakfast, but you can have banana and string cheese as a snack!

Overnight desk clerk. Came up to the desk silent. Never said a word. Just stood there and when I looked up, I was frightened. Creepy. When I called to the desk from my room to ask about the WiFi password he said there is none and hung up without saying another word. The breakfast roll was individually wrapped and put in a bag. That was fine but when I opened the paper bag, I saw that the breakfast roll wrapper was completely opened already. Didn't trust that it was safe to eat & threw it out.

Good room set up. The kitchen was nice, especially having the silverware and plates available for leftovers. The bathroom was spacious.

When you turned on the lights in the kitchen and bathroom, it was like a horror movie (not critical, though), and the comp breakfast felt extra cheap compared to some lesser motels I've been to. I would have liked to have had more options for the foods, and the juice fridge wasn't even cold, forcing me to add ice to serve. Orange juice and ice don't mix well, BTW. Otherwise, an overall good experience

..the attitude of the tall young lady with glasses staff when trying to by laundry detergent. For something less than $2 she was going to make me wait while trying to figure out how to ring it up.. the attitude... didn't care I was a paying customer. Finally, a manager type gentleman came from the back, gave me the detergent and was instantly resolved.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, we didn't use the shower, so i don't have feedback on that aspect.

The parking details on the booking site didn't align with the property's protocol. Booking.com said parking was included, but I was charged for parking at the hotel. The hotel said it is booking.com's problem, not theirs, essentially.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was quiet.

It would have been great if they had a small dining area where they could provide a cooked breakfast. Our room could’ve have also been supplied with additional items. We had one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels. They don’t provide regular housekeeping services so you have to ask for extra at the front desk.

Super comfortable beds, spacious and clean room, and all the staff I encountered were super nice and friendly. The front doors at night are only accessible via key card, which is a nice safety feature. Parking lot is well lit and the whole area is clean and seems like a nice safe area. This was my second time staying here and most likely not my last.

They're now charging a parking fee, though even with the added fee they're still cheaper to stay at than some of the (nice) surrounding hotels. Just a bummer that now you have to pay for parking when five months prior parking was free.

The room was clean, and everything worked fine. The hotel is in a great location close to malls and attractions. All the equipment worked and the staff was helpful.

Some fixtures are old and were bent or about to break such as the towel rack and TP holder. The is a large water park across the street that you can hear the crowd noise but they park does close at 10pm. Traffic noise is regular. There is really no breakfast to speak of.

Nice size rooms, clean.

It is a to-go breakfast - not hot and the options are very limited. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. Not only that, but we had to schedule our breakfast pickup time and it was not sitting out and available for us. We were in a rush, so we didn’t have time to request it again. No one was at the front desk when we left.
