The property and location was absolutely fabulous, the room was comfortable from the bed to the room space everything was just amazing. The only complaint the last night the room next-door decided to have a party till 5:00 in the morning, which was very aggravating and unfortunately we did not contact the front desk, which we were told that they would’ve taken the proper action to stop the loud noise through the night, which I found very, very accommodating and they did make up for our sleepless night by giving us a free breakfast next time we stay with them, they were very apologetic.

The hotel and room were very clean. Rooms are well insulated for noise. Great location! The rooms and the property overall are very well maintained. The hotel's location along the American River Parkway is a huge plus, offering immediate opportunities for walking, bicycling, and water sports. It's easily accessible and so beautiful. Some people may also appreciate Old Town Folsom, which is walking distance.

There was an odor, possibly from cleaning supplies, that struck our party as being somewhat strong at times. We opted out of the breakfast buffet because it was sparse and expensive for what was offered. The room climate control unit is loud when it turns on and it woke me up several times, but I'm a light sleeper. My son didn't have the same problem.

Room and bathroom were very clean and beds were comfortable. Good location for the Inn

when we got back to the Inn about 9:00 o'clock there was a wedding reception taking place and music. Up in our room on the 3rd floor we could hear the bass beat in the music and voices on the patio. Fortunately, by the time I was ready to go to bed, the reception apparently ended. There were some noisy guests in the hallway. But we did get a good night's sleep. The next night was fine.

Location is great. Good parking, nice staff. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Decent price. Bed was comfortable. Has elevators.

Older building - you do get pretty clear sounds from neighboring rooms. The plumbing needs some dampers on the pipes. Super loud when when anyone on the floor uses the showers. The vents in the bathroom walls look to be pass through type to next room. Don't expect a private conversation not to be overheard in next room. Sheets were poorly fitted and didn't stay on bed.

The staff was incredibly professional and nice (Nancy, Ashley, Yatziri).This as a last minute trip due to family emergency. They helped us arrange laundry services, our college kids were able to do their homework in the business center. WiFi in the rooms and lobbies was very stable. Location is ideal, walking trails directly behind the hotel. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and some dining available in the hotel. Big clean well lit parking area directly in front of hotel and good door security in the evening.

We were happy with everything. I had read that the hotel was not clean, so I initially booked two emergency nights. It is clean. The rooms have everything you need desk, tv, fridge, hair dryer, coffee machine and microwave, iron and board.

Great price. Clean room. So so close to old town. This was just a place to stay near Sacramento at first, but once we got here, we wanted to stay. We would come back just to stay at this hotel and enjoy the little old town area.

Wish we had more space to open our suit cases.

I had a second floor room on the even side of the hall that looked out on the back garden, very quiet with a pretty view. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker a little old but functional. Ample free parking. Easy walk to Sutter St and the cute old town section of Folsom.

The location and charm of the property are excellent! On the lake, in the downtown area, and within miles of the newer shops and restaurants.

The property has a $250 deposit! And there are laminated papers all around the room threatening to charge exorbitant fees for damages and accidents!

The hotel is nice and the location is great. Breakfast was very good too.

The AC in our room was funky and it either had to be on with cold air strongly blowing on my bed, or off completely to avoid the fan. But even then it kept coming on during the night even though the room felt muggy or a bit humid. The lighting in the bathroom is low and cannot be turned on or off from inside the bathroom, just outside the door. The bathroom also needs a fan!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice view of the back of the hotel and river. Location is great. Walking distance to the downtown. There is a free shuttle service that is awesome! Perfect for a little get away.

Everything was great. One thing would be the ability to connect to the tv through your device and being able to stream. Not a game changer though.
