The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was excellent, with quick, easy access to Highway 50. There was a gas station and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. It felt safe. Although I did not use it, there is also access to Light Rail within a couple hundred yards of the hotel.

The breakfast was mediocre, mainly cheap carbs (cereal, low-quality baked goods, etc.). It would be a nice upgrade if you could include some protein (eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, etc.), along with higher-quality baked goods. I didn't like the air conditioner in my room. It was directly next to my bed, and it was overpoweringly cold when it turned on in the night. It would be better if the ventilation system used floor vents/registers, as opposed to putting a wind tunnel right next to the bed.

I loved having a kitchen. the bedroom was nice and spacious. I loved the living room/sitting area and having a separate space from the bedroom. The staff was friendly and very informative.

There was a litter box smell in my room. it went away once I blasted the fans and air conditioning. I didn't have the heart to tell any staff, but it was annoying to come back and there was that smell. If I had a pet I totally get it and it felt super pet friendly, but I was alone and just kinda bother me.

I have always truly loved the place. Staff, rooms, decor, breakfast, amenities. I take advantage of the laundry.

The hallway near my room, and the room itself had a strange odor which I thought might be cigarettes (no smoking rooms), but may have been something else. It may have been closer to stale hot dog water. It was unpleasant and had a negative effect on my experience. I thought about asking for a room in a different part of the building.

Dana, who was the front desk receptionist when I arrived, was very friendly and personable. The room she gave me exceeded my expectations and I was grateful for her kindness seeing that I had a difficult travel day. I had read a review from a previous guest who found the breakfast offerings to be lacking. I beg to differ; there were plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Perhaps there was more, but I remember seeing hard boiled eggs, waffles, a variety of breads and muffins, and oatmeal.

This is an older property, but well maintained. I had a one bed apartment that much larger than I expected. Well suited to a longer stay. They had a well stocked breakfast, with variety of options. As a gluten free person, having something other than carbs is much appreciated.

I would have appreciated the smoking area to be farther from the front entrance. Better quality coffee would be nice. Minor complaints-

Better and more complete breakfast than I had expected! Spacious room with kitchenette and large work table. Great location and easy to find - lots of restaurants nearby. Free DIY laundry for guests. Small but nice in-house fitness center. Outdoor BBQ area with comfy seating.

Nice suite, with a separate living room area, with a kitchenette. Great to have a space to sit in. The kitchenette was extremely helpful as well. Breakfast was pretty good with some frozen breakfast choices (like egg burritos) available upon request. The staff was very attentive and responsive.

The room was dated with some fixtures needing replacement. We were informed that there would be a charge for parking but, since the change had just been instituted after we initially reserved, they waived the parking fee. Just surprising that they would charge a parking fee to park in what is essentially a strip mall parking lot.

The room was nice enough for our one night stay in town for our retreat. The room they put us in was at the end of the hall which I enjoyed as we didn't have to hear too much foot traffic passing our room.

The fridge in our room had an ice maker, and would crash the ice into the bin every so often and kept waking me up. the lever to shut off the ice maker was missing so we were unable to stop the loud noise. The dispensers in the shower for shampoo and soap were empty and the lotion in the one by the sink was no good.

A breakfast with breakfast options like cooked eggs, bacon, toast or breakfast sandwiches would be great!

Loved the roll in shower . HOWEVER..it's a handicap room so why do you have the shower bench on the opposite side of the shower head and controls? Also, why is the handicap room on the 4th floor? If there's a fire I would have to be tossed out a window. Can't do stairs if you're paralyzed.

It was a nice quiet and central spot and I really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in. I liked that some cookware was provided along with utensils. The space was clean and organized. Overall, I enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again in the future.

I wasn't a fan of the orientation of the room i stayed in, mostly where the TV was placed next to the bed instead of in front of it.
