Very nice breakfast buffet with a lot of options. The pool is nice, I wish there were changing rooms with showers but it's still a nice addition. 24/7 water, coffee and tea available. The room was very comfortable, modern and with a great shower. Location is alright, walking distance to restaurants/fast foods but pretty far from downtown. The area didn't feel particularly unsafe.

The AC in my room was incredibly loud. Turned it off when I was in the room at night and it didn't get too hot so it was okay, but it was definitely too loud to sleep for a light sleeper.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. When we wanted to use the pool it was closed for maintenance. Staff noticed us and suggested we go next door to the sister hotel and use that pool. This worked out great and we appreciated that very much.

The room HVAC unit was very noisy but that seems to be the norm for hotel rooms.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great! Thank you!

The bed frames were a little squeaky in both rooms. I was worried the AC would wake us so we turned ours off. It did not get too stuffy (may be different at other times of year) but it would be a nice option for the fan to run continually instead of on and off during the night.

The key activation of lighting and room. We needed three keys at all times as they are also used for security doors , room , etc , Continual Fan in Bathroom night and day. No air flow from permanently sealed windows. Air conditioning was great but so loud.

Location and staffing

Breakfast on Thursday morning seemed understaffed or unorganized. They ran out of food by 8:00, and had trouble keeping up with the amount of people eating. Also our room wasn’t cleaned after our second night. We went out and got clean towels, but the trash was never emptied.

Good: Quiet, comfortable Bad: High price, very slow elevator, low stock of t-paper, breakfast crew could not keep up‼️😞Really far from elevator. My key card had expired 24 hrs too early. Really annoying ‼️

I'm very particular with the smell of the room and it smells really good and very clean. The person who checked us in is friendly, approachable, smart. We love the continental breakfast and my husband said so far it was the best and he also said the staff are really nice. I love the fact that this hotel is too close to COSTCO to get gas & items we needed. It was just an absolute nice experience. Thank you Fairfield.

Staff (Michelle) were great...location was awesome...& breakfast was good.

Mattresses need changing. Had 2 cracked/popped floor tiles in bathroom. Notified staff immediately, not fixed for the 29 nights I stayed there. Shower floors are slick...need something for grip. No electric vehicle charging stations...needs to be addressed!

Fantastic room. The entire hotel smelled so fresh and clean. We had a king suite, nice large suite with large corner group type couch. Didn't do the breakfast. The shower is amazing, handles for balance, design is very impressive.

Everything was really nice. The staff was great. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had adequate choices.

The room was a bit small, but it was fine for one night.
