I was greeted with friendly reception staff who got me checked in very quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location to the equestrian center is convenient and easily accessible.

The restaurant was very disappointing. We waited close to an hour for our food that turned out to be less than mediocre. We were seated outside due to the size of our party which was totally fine because they set up heaters. But it felt like we were completely forgotten about. Our server was very nice but hardly checked on us as we waited for our food. The experience was disappointing yet very expensive.

All staff were courteous, responsive, and attentive. Location was good, but not real close to "things to do", other than restaurants, so really appreciated the onsite activities (live band and wine tasting evenings). The hotel was very beautiful, clean and comfortable; felt safe. Appreciated being able to drink wine that I brought with me from home/wineries for a reasonable corkage fee.

The hotel transportation/shuttle services to the local wineries is very pricey. Would love it if the hotel would establish some sort of a schedule for transportation to 1 or 2 local wineries for a reasonable cost to guests. Also much safer for guests to have a designated driver for their enjoyment.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant has excellent food and drinks. Loved my massage at the spa.

Only complaint is that local residents were at the pool every day with their kids. Kind of ruined the “mom’s get-away” vibe! Residence are able to buy day passes and they took over the pool every day with their screaming kids.

The food was like you made it for yourselfand even BETTER!!

One young lady at the front desk appeared to have a somewhat snooty attitude to me and my friends when she was asked a question. At over $800 paid for a two night stay, that attitude is unacceptable. There was a young man assisting the serving staff in the restaurant and when we asked if we could have a "to go box" for our leftovers, he gave us a "deer in the headlights" look!

Your place is beautiful, the decoration and size of the rooms are amazing. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to ask for extra coffee and received enough to last me for a couple of days.

For some reason, my room was not serviced after the first night, I can live without extra towels but not without coffee. also, the electric vehicle charger was not working and never worked the three days I was there.

Hot tub and pool were enjoyed after an afternoon of wine tasting (even though it was raining)! The beds were so comfortable!! The staff is always friendly. Went on a nice walk to see some eventing at the equestrian center too!

Would’ve slept like a dream due to most wonderful beds but a group of ladies woke us up 11pm until almost 2am!

Location is spectacular and peaceful; far away from busy area. Excellent grocery store near by. Everything seems new and well cared of. Tremendous stylish lobby. Restaurant and spa inside. Complementary coffee in the lobby in every morning (and pouches of instant hot chocolate, that was greatly appreciated by kids). Truely above 4 stars hotel. Extra high ceiling in the room. Custom made wooden furniture decorated with forged ornamental sign of the hotel. Robes in the closet. Outside beautiful kids play ground. (Although, i'm not sure that is a hotel property, but still very convenient.) Nice pool, with big stack of pool towels. There was a band playing outside in the restaurant. If you don't want to use laundry service, you can find complimentary self-service laundry on the second floor. (Purchase soap at the lobby for $2 or 3). Extremely handy if you want to wash and dry your swimwear after the pool.

It would be nice to have half and half or milk along with provided coffee mate for coffee. But as it was complimentary not really a complaint.

There was no (Inclusive) breakfast didn’t see that the night before, but it didn’t really matter this time. We got there by lunch and that was interesting.

Lunchtime at the bar/restaurant. Had to find and pick up our menus. Self service until. One question on This survey was incorrect. I did not ask for a quiet room. I needed walk-in shower accommodations only.

Beautiful Hotel. Friendly & Helpful Staff. I actually felt like I was going to sleep in my own bedroom my first night there. That's how comfortable I felt..Loved the Patio Entertainment in the evening. Food was Delicious. Will definitely stay here each time we visit the Sacramento Area. Thank you.

Very beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and the pool is great! Love that it has a restaurant in the hotel, and the bar was very nice. It was very close to the horse expo, which was great!

It’s hard to find something we didn’t like. The only issue was our tv was in and out, had a lot of static and seemed like it wasn’t really working. That’s all!
