The breakfast is delicious. Good quality food. Neat, clean and a variety. Love the breakfast they switch up the meats daily. Everything is hot,,fresh and ready to eat.

The carpets leading to the elevators could be cleaned. Inside them as well.

The rooms were really nice and roomy. Modern design, clean- we loved having the kitchen. I also liked the modern technology (being able to pick our room, the app with a key, etc.) Everything was nice.

We did find a small roach in the room on the day we left but we were on the first floor and I understand that it’s impossible to keep them out. I also wish there was a hot tub.

great breakfast, room was clean & spacious. beds were so comfortable. Website photos matched what I booked. Secure entry. Would stay here again.

front desk welcome was cold. (Leslie, made me feel like I didn't belong there, I had to greet her) Hi, I'm here to check in. She asked for my last name, was told no not found in system, then I was asked for my confirmation #, I showed her my conf.# on my phone, she looked at it and said, 'no I take that it's too long.' I then told her it's from a 3rd party booking and it's paid in full. So, she looked again and then found my reservation. she then asked for a credit card for incidentals. told me to wait for the other front desk staff to take my card, then she changed her mind and took my card. (All this went on while I saw & heard the other guest receive a warmer welcome and given more info. on the facility. -my checkout was a pleasant experience

Liked the suite concept, rooms clean, bed comfortable, good water pressure in shower, room quiet.

Both widow shades with pin sized holes, bedroom shade could only be pulled down 3/4 quarter way, had to block rest of window with pillows.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and the property. It was outstanding. All of the staff were friendly and professional, They made us feel like they truly cared that we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was just ok. We had to ask for extra juice cups and waffle batter cups and silverware. The staff was very accommodating and apologized that we had to ask. They seemed like they could use some extra help

Varied and plentiful breakfast buffet, clean and quiet room, plenty of parking close to an exterior door. Loved having the kitchen and full-size refrigerator and freezer.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable according to my son; he reports it had poky springs. Not enough seating at the kitchen table for 4 people.

Breakfast was OK. But our experience with the front desk was great. Paige was incredibility helpful our entire stay, from checking us in, to helping us with smaller details that really made a difference. Paige was an absolute gem!

The hot breakfast portion (eggs, sausage etc) were mediocre. Waffles were great. Fruit selections and pastries and cold goods had a nice variety.

The breakfast and people serving it were wonderful. Breakfast burritos were great!

The toilet seat in our room would not stay up, so male users had to hold onto the seat while relieving themselves. A list of items available in the Suite Shop (with prices) would have been helpful to have, at least on the app.

Checking in and out were quick and easy.

At check-in the amount being pre authorized was not disclosed. Late evening/early morning I was notified of the $150 pre authorization hold was charged on my bank card in addition to my one night's stay. I informed the employee when I checked out and she released the hold however it was too late and my bank will take a few days to credit my account back. The only other thing was the toilet was not sitting right. It moved a little.

Everything was nice

What I didn’t like was I had two authorizations on two different cards for the deposit. The card I wanted it taken off of. It was placed back on it and they took it off the other card. This is not acceptable when I didn’t give them authorization to do that.
