I really cannot complain. It has basic amenities and is clean. The breakfast is pretty basic but does its job. The Mexican restaurant next door is very good.

The quality of the location depends on several factors: 1) if you arrive in Sacramento via Greyhound, this location is excellent, because it is practically within a walking distance; 2) if you have a car, it is minutes from downtown Sacramento; 3) if you are on foot, there is not much in the immediate neighborhood and you must walk 20 minutes or more to get to any stores (other than a Mexican restaurant next door and convenience stores at the gas stations).

I liked the calmness of the spot and close reach of old town, Denny's (possibly - the best eatery in the city - no joke), and service, for sure. No hassle, everything was simple and easy. And yes, the location is key. 20 minutes to the Old Town, 40 minutes to the Capitol, and hikes were just around the corner - that's cool!

The location... Especially homeless people... Even the dog on the street tried to bite me. It's good it had the plastic collar, so it just left the sign on my pants. The breakfast was horrible. Just an orange, 2 types of sugar-free yogurts, cereal flakes, waffle mix and syrup... Bread, muffin, butter. And that's literally it. No sausages, no cereal, pancakes, eggs - absolutely no options. I was ok, 2 yogurts + few flakes and coffee, but I would be happy to have much more options. Ah, and the view from the window. I would better stay on the parking lot side than looking at another hotel and a truck (which is sometimes too noisy).

Nice room, comfortable. Glad I was able to regulate my room temperature. Close to eating places. Great running trail.

I really want a bathtub. The vending machine didn't work and Quality Inn could not refund my money. Online it said the location was downtown. But downtown was a mile away. Glad the weather was nice and I was able to walk.

I moved from another hotel to this one. This was 100% better. I did not know the time for the breakfast, so I did not take advantage of that. I should have called the desk, so that’s my fault.

I think I asked for a room with a walk in shower, but the room only had a regular tub, with few to none grab bars. This has been the situation I have met since I have needed a shower I feel safe in. So it’s not just your facility. Are my comments not read? Are there to many guest with this same request?

One female staff had a very ugly attitude. No smile and I needed help bcuz the vending machine took my money and she waved her had to dismiss me and said to ask the front desk and I said I did already and she just turned her head and continued what she was doing which was in the vending machine.

We were staying there for $680 for one week. When we went to add a night, they told us it would be $700 for one night because there was a music festival in town. That is triple the rack rate. A rack rate is the most the hotel will charge. Also, housekeeping just walked right into our room and asked for dirty towels.

The breakfast was decent for a hotel - waffles, muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. The beds were very comfy and Oh, the pillows were most excellent! I am very pillow particular, and they were fantabulous. The facility was very clean, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were pretty spacious and had a microwave and fridge.

There wasn't an elevator, so, if I could not get a first floor room, i would not have been able to stay there, being disabled. The staff were really good, though, about accommodating my needs.

Everything was good with the hotel, close to Old Sacramento, clean, comfortable and a good continental breakfast

We went walking to Old Sacramento and the only street google maps shows seems very dangerous at night, homelees and some weird people while walking, an abandoned building and dark (I dont recommend this street by night)

Location-close to where I needed to go and the price didn’t break the bank. Security cameras and staff made it feel safe and watched.

The bed. A little hard for my 60+ hips. I slept on the little couch and rested better. I tried piling all the great pillows on the bed, but they slipped away.

Clean, friendly and we come once a month for the last year, they remember us. Currently under room updates and we stay in an updated room and it's so nice. Glad they are getting rid of the orange and yellow colors in the halls and rooms.
