The gentleman who was checking us into the hotel, who got it completely wrong and could not find our booking and said we should contact booking.com as it’s not his responsibility. Would you believe it, from UK to be told that! We did not know how to contact booking.com. We felt homeless! He eventually found our booking and gave us our room some long time later. Then he did not explain anything of how the laundry, parking , breakfast or anything. Then after that next morning I went to the counter for anything I needed and wow…. It all happened amazing well. Best staff (apart from that one chap who checked us in). So amazing that we were facilitated to the best and every requirement was met. The Bar staff are so cool and I had a great time. Also, the rooms are so clean and big and proper walk in showers…. It’s was exactly what they said they were offering. Location was amazing as it’s literally opposite the Arden Fair Mall.. All in all I would advise anyone e to use this hotel and it’s the best! Thank you to the staff ( apart from the one who checked us in). Thank you and see you again!

I loved the recently remodeled rooms.. the drawback to this facility in the past was it was old and the a/c heat barely worked. That seems to have been corrected, at least in the room I was in. It works well. They did a really nice job on the remodel really nice but missed a few things. I was at the end of the building #3 2nd floor. I had to call as anytime someone would use the door to the stairwell it would slam hard. They fixed it promptly which was nice. But, this is a fire door and is supposed to close completely, without slamming. Honestly, when in left my room I had to wait on my room door to close. It would close slow until the end then slam shut. Just not as bad as other. I waited to prevent this. You could here doors banging throughout the night. They need to get someone in there who can adjust the closer, plane them or rehang then. But this was an irritant. No one ever thinks of the doors? I've been in hotels where the room door will close but not latch or not even close completely. It's not that hard... However, the facility in general is very nice but banging doors keep you up or wake you up. We grabbed a couple meals to go and they were both excellent!, 2 points for the kitchen and the rest of the facility. The door guy needs to step up his game.

The room was comfortable and clean. A hotel staff offered and went out of her way to find an ice machine and delivered filled ice bucket, back to our room. The buffet breakfast in the morning. Very good service, waiter always ready to refill beverages and any other requests.

Couldn’t find my reservation right away. Not sure if reserving through “booking.com” was the problem. Also, check out was easy, just phoned the front desk but have not yet received an email with a receipt. Hopefully the charges are correct!! Also, was not able to request a room close to the elevator because of the reservation problem. Staff said room was already set and couldn’t change so my 92 year old mother had to walk to the end of the hall, the furthest rooms from the elevator, for the duration of our stay. Miss the warm chocolate chip cookies.

Property was gorgeous me and my fiancé and our two guide dogs absolutely loved the area it was easy to walk to the California expo where the state fair was and it was easy to walk over to the mall and other areas that were close by for food and entertainment. Being legally blind and blind me and my fiancé needed an area that was not only clean but safe to be and I do believe this property suited every need we had.

The room was very plain. Just the bare necessities, no personality, theme, inviting color. Comfortable, convenient, had everything needed, but no pictures on the wall, charcoal gray/white neutral colors, plain wall space. Not very “homey”. And for that plainness - the cost was a bit high. However, the place was perfectly located, large and accommodated the intended event well.

I didn’t like climbing stairs. In area they put me. I’m handicapped with a bad back. The breakfast dining room. You had to wait 35 mins to be seated. After being seated, it took another 30 mins to order, another 30 mins to get your food. The food was great. I was disappointed on this visit.

I loved the new look and the space in the rooms. The television size is definitely a plus. Very clean and smelled great

There was not enough lighting in the parking lots or lights and signs on the different buildings which made it difficult to find our room. Needs lighted signs with the names on the buildings.

Elevators were entirely too slow. We had to use the stairs every time coming for two from our room and Maid service came in our room twice. Well do not disturb. Those are my only complaints.

Front desk staff, very nice and welcoming Also, we received breakfast for two mornings and due to the car parking system out of order, we received free parking

Aircon was very up and down, hard to enjoy comfort of the air supply

Stayed here before and I liked the restaurant and food plus the proximity of other places to visit.

Unfortunately this time I stayed for an event on Sat May 27th but the inconvenience of the Renovation and the front desk moved to a corner with no restaurant wasn't helpful at all. Otherwise the hardworking staff tried to serve their BEST so hands down to them. Hopefully my next booking here the newly renovated area will be up & running.
