The rooms were clean. The staff was great. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The pool was very clean and refreshing! It provided the much needed relaxation after traveling 3 hours.

I don't appreciate the extra $10 parking fee. Really?! Venues charge parking NOT hotels that you're staying at. On top of a few other taxes and fees it keeps adding up and before you know it the price per night goes up $40-$50. It's annoying. Just charge the night room rate and quit adding fees.

Hotel is pretty clean and beds were nice. Only drawback is too close to freeway, you can’t go out for a small walk or chill.

I advised to keep two rooms next to each other at the time of the reservation, and the front desk said hotel is sold out and doesn’t have rooms next to each other. They could have done it if they wanted. One room was close to stairs. These hotels staff always seems to give Expedia, booking, etc next to elevator, stairs, etc. Not sure why.

Checkin was easy, the hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was attentive and stayed on top of guest needs. The app is super easy to use and was really valuable to our visit. The breakfast was good -- even the coffee!

The walls were a bit thin, doors on the adjoining room made a lot of noise. TV was a little glitchy sometimes. The pillows were lumpy and the bed was a little hard.

The choices available for breakfast was great. There was something for everyone. For those who preferred a Continental Breakfast, it was available. Those of us who preferred a more hardy breakfast, eggs, sausage and toast was available. I also used the gym. It also had the equipment needed for a decent workout.

Not much to say there.

Large room with plenty of wall charging locations, lighting and lots of space to walk around. Beds were extra comfy.. The breakfast was good too. I especially loved the welcome message on the T.V. in our room. Made me feel extra special !

There weren't enough handicap parking spaces in the hotel parking lot.

The lady working the breakfast area ticked me off. I told her that the milk was out and I would like to have some. She rolled her eyes at me and never got me any milk. I went to the front desk and made a complaint. I said I would like to speak to the manager and of course she wasn't there. She's supposed to call me, but this is yet to happen. I'm not letting this go... I'm contacting Hampton Inn and making a formal complaint !!!! Consumers forget, without customers... THERE IS NO BUSINESS. I will not be walked on or be quiet. I will be LOUD for everyone to be aware on what you get at this Hampton Inn.

The parking spaces for diamond members north of door entry are very small and does not allow you to enter or exit vehicle. If plants on south side by entrance door were trimmed it would help some.

I really like this hotel, location close to city, especially near my brother's house. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

I stayed on the 2nd floor and for 2-3 days I can smell some people smoking marijuana, especially in the hall way which I didn't like.

Great location

The rooms are seriously in need of remodeling. The toilet seat did not fit, air conditioner had loud screaming sound, bathroom sink had a crack in it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The breakfast and location were good. The staff was kind and I appreciate the amenities provided. I enjoy the hot water when it's so cold outside. The heater in the room was a little wonky, but when it worked, it was great.

I didn't know parking was additional. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times before. This was the first time I had to pay for parking.
