The wings were good, and the room was clean &comfortable.

The sauce for the wings was on the side, cold in a container. With price for 1 night being as high as it was the Asian man with the ponytail shouldn't have been so stingy with the sugar and creamer for the coffee in room, he acted like it was from his kitchen. The lady with the brownish blonde hair she was generous like she going to be making the coffee for herself. Give people however much sugar and creamer they need to make their 1st morning coffee taste like they need it to taste! The parking spots are tiny as well.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a view of the fireworks from our window.

The wallpaper was peeling off the.walls and we paid more for the same exact room( I checked with and without chuldren)when I said I had 2 children but because I'm not dishonest we sucked it up and paid the extra. The Hilton said it was a fee from Booking.com and not them which was a bit sad given how often I use the site.

Rooms where comfortable , also one employee helps us checking in he was really nice and friendly couldn’t catch his name , but very thankful that he helps find the room that we need.

One lady she treated me like trash over the phone , I was having an issue going on so I was letting them know that I will be really late for my check in , just that way they don’t cancel my reservation , but she ask me how old I am to ask for that ???? Which it was very very rude and disrespectful!!!!

The 🛌 was great! The location was also great the mall was right across the street and it was close to where we were goin for a concert!

The only negative was the don't take 💸 deposits and they charged over $4 for a personal size bag of that smart food popcorn! I guess lookin at it most places don't take 💸 anymore and maybe since everyone in the country is price gougin to make up for the pandemic maybe they've gotta charge that price just to make a profit.....smh.... it's not our fault we had a pandemic..... why all these businesses wanna take it out on us? Ijs....lol.... all seriousness I'd stay there again!

There’s two sinks in the bathroom one of them clogged up also one of the chair in front of the desk plastic peeled up so bad I did notice management team ,Hopefully they take care of it. They asked me to switch the room, but it’s very inconvenient. We already settled in so we keep it just for one night stay , but other than that OK trip

Overall property just fine except all the hallway carpet pretty stained up should be shampoo at least maybe once a month or once a year? Thought of it just a thought of it. !

The hotel lobby and room were nice and clean and the person who checked me in was quick and friendly. The pillows are bed were very comfortable.

The booking asserted breakfast was included, it’s not. The hallways and elevators are stifling and the ice machine on the ninth floor wasn’t working and there was nothing that indicated to use another floor or that there was an issue. Parking was also extremely lacking though the lot is decent sized.

THE VIEW FROM THE NINTH FLOOR WAS GREAT!!!, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. NINTH FLOOR I FELT SPEICAL. VERY MUCH SO. IT"S CLEAN AND COZY. I RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY. ALSO, VANS THAT CAN TAKE YOU TO THE MALL OR AIRPORT. YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME.

THE PRICE TAG WAS HIGHER THEN I EXPECTED. REP GAVE MY ROOM ALWAY ANOTHER TIME, AFTER I WALKED ALL NIGHT AND DAY. FOR TWO NIGHTS, $400.00 AND SOMETHING THEN A HUNDERD DOLLARS DEPOSIT. BUT STILL ALL IN ALL. TRY PAIDING BEFORE YOU STAY. PRICES DO BE BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE.

I like that it was close to the mall and other fun things to do. it was easy to get to.

there wasn’t enough bath towels in our bathroom and I did find some hair by the shower and the toilet. but everything else was seemed clean. I didn’t think the prices for the couple of food items I bought from the “store” area downstairs were reasonable. i purchased a parfait, a fruit cup, 2 Fiji waters, a smart water and 2 redbulls and it came out to $54 and some change. when I checked in there was also a $50 deposit for each room which I was never told about. it wasn’t included in the online price. so that was a bit of a surprise to spend and extra $100 more than I was expecting.

The safe environment. The rooms were clean and Hilton worthy.

As a rewards member, I didn't like that you have to be a silver member to not pay $2 for a bottle of water. A bottle of water is a small thank you for being a rewards member.

It's was pleasant, clean and staff the first night was friendly but the next day when we needed a late checkout. No one answered our text. Other than that it was a good stay 😊
