Clean, spacious rooms with a small kitchenette that had all the accessories you might need. It’s a new hotel so everything is still nice! Couldn’t hear other guests. It was too cold to swim but the pool area looks nice. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Beds were still new and the pillows were on the softer side. Great location for Elk Grove. Perfect spot if visiting family or anyone at the assisted living across the street. Near to many shops and restaurants (will have to drive!).

The fitness center is small and does not have a lot of options for someone who works out frequently but could hold you over for quick body weight or light weight workouts. Minor traffic noise. It is right next to the highway and if your window shares with that side of the hotel you’ll hear the semis speeding by, however that noise is diminished the further you get from the highway! Hotel is dog friendly but there’s not a lot of space to walk or exercise the dog safely without being on a major road.

The function of the room and the breakfast and the quickness of elevator (hate waiting). Hotel was walking distance to my destination. Parking was right by the entry door.

I get pet friendly but guests with barking dogs all day need to be spoken to. It was 1131 PM and that dog next to or across from me barked and barked. I shouldn't have to figure out how to sleep listening to that.

Beautiful, modern property right off Highway 99, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to eating and shopping opportunities. The highway noise wasn’t noticeable as the rooms are well insulated. Also very clean and well appointed. As an older traveler unused to some of the technology in today’s facilities I was a bit confused why my room lights didn’t work until the staff informed me I needed to put one of my room cards in a slot to turn power on. Felt it would have been helpful to learn this at checkin. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. The room was well stocked and very comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet and the breakfast was good. The pool was closed but they offered the use of a pool at a sister hotel which was kind.

Highway noise can get loud in certain rooms/areas. The location is in a suburb so would not be a good spot if you don't have a car or are looking for a location to walk around. The surrounding area is neighborhoods and basic stores you find in suburbia. Really overall a lovely spot to stay!

the place was very clean and new construction. the hotel felt safe and the staff was kind and attentive. while close to the freeway, the traffic noise wasn’t too bad.

I wish the parking lot was bigger. it’s shared with a bank so the plaza has less parking due to that.

I don’t like to complain, but I had to wipe my whole room down with a Clorox wipe be there was food stuck on the table and my washcloths were stained so I didn’t use them other than that everything was OK and my bed was very uncomfortable sagging in the middle so now I have neck problems lol.

The hotel lobby and hallway were very clean, and the bed was very comfy. They had a very spacious bathroom including a shower booth, they were very clean as well. The location was very convenient with all the shops, groceries, and many restaurant options as well. The best part - all the staff were very nice and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was so perfect!

Loved the room. We requested the top floor but instead was placed on the 2nd floor. The room was great through and it was quiet. We enjoyed this hotel stay.

The swimming pool was closed for 2 of the 3 days that we stayed here. When it opened my wife noticed mold on the sides of the pool. It is also next to a busy freeway.

Everything was fine, the only trouble I had was with booking. Com, they booked the wrong room and when we got there the suite I wanted was all booked up so we had to take the smallerroom which was difficult with two children for five days

Great staff. The room was clean and breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen.

We were in a room underneath a common staircase and the bumps on the ceiling were constant. It sounded like a few kids were running back. We got no sleep
