Easy to find. Clean and tidy. Hot water in the shower and warm at night (middle of winter). Staff were very very helpful. We needed to leave before breakfast was officially served and they kindly opened the room for us so we could get some coffee, biscuits, cereal and fruits.

The room was not very brightly lit even after turning all the lights on and one was flickering (thankfully we could turn this one light off). The bed was depressed in the middle so the sleep wasn't the best. Not a huge drama as we stayed for one night only.

Very good value for the money. Room is clean and staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was simple but good. I reccommend it if you want to stay in the area, or if you have a car and want to visit Milan without spending a fortune for the accommodation.

The bathroom door had to be closed, else it was continuously banging against the shower wall. This was, however, a minor issue.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent variety for us. You need transportation (preferably a car owned orrented) to go to the city center. Overall it was a very good value for money option.

The room was too hot. I dont know if there was heating turned on, on a warm day in the end of May or what was the problem. We tried turning air conditioning on, but it didn't have any effect. The air conditioning was also hard to operate with, as it didn't have a remote control but some strange device on the wall. Four waters in the refrigerator but you need to pay 1.50 Euro for each. That is written in a book on the table. Usually 2 water bottles are inclusive in these type of hotels I have been to. At least it should have been more clearly stated and not somewhere in a book in the room. Luckily, we read it first before taking one.

Great location for visiting Milan and Bergamo by car. Only 1 hour from Como lake. Easy parking. Good bed linen, comfortable. Very good service for 3 stars hotel in Italy. Restaurant in the hotel and nearby. The reception is very helpful

Room was clean, staff were nice and hotel met expectations.

So far from city center and no local transportations so i had to take taxi or uber which was really costly. So i was so much anboyed

We were visiting Villa Arconati so the location was perfect. Breakfast was great with a variety of pastries, cakes, cereals and hot food available. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. It was easy to get to the hotel by bus from Bollate Centro train station, with a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff on the front desk. We came for a concert, so the location for us was perfect.

Thought there could have been more choices for breakfast.

- Proximity to the Villa Arconati (Festival!); - Also good connection to City of Milan (by car to subway station; last stretch by subway directly to „Duomo“ in Milan); - Very friendly team - Good cleaning service! - Although located on the main road, the rooms are quiet

The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. The restaurant is really good. The breakfast you can also have the sweet italian style, and the continental breakfast as well.

Unfortunately there was a technical problem an the air conditioning wasn't working in our room (and in any room apparently). It was very hot, so the night wasn't pleasant. I'd have rated a 10 without this sudden technical issues.
