Overall, it was a very good stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast offered a variety of options. There's a nice open terrace where you can sit and relax in the evening.

I would like to highlight our experience with the hotel staff. Due to our flight schedule, we arrived early and hoped to at least drop off our luggage. However, the receptionist did not greet us and instead curtly informed us that check-in was at 2 PM. Her attitude throughout our stay felt unwelcoming and, at times, discriminatory. Additionally, we were not informed about the housekeeping schedule. Housekeeping arrived unannounced at 12:58 PM, stating that service ended at 1 PM and insisting on cleaning the room immediately. They also did not vacuum the room during their visit.

In general it is a good value for money, rooms are clean, well maintained, the breakfast is ok, however it is the same everyday. The were always free parking places. It is close to a supermarket, which is very comfortable.

We booked our room with half board. It was a mistake, never do that! We were the only ones, who bought it in advance, there was not a buffet dinner, we had to choose our dinner from a very limited menu, there were beef and fish dishes mainly, no chicken or other poultry. Furthermore the dinner was organised in the lobby bar, not in the restaurant. They were not prepared for our half board, when the waiter changed, we had to explain our situation for the new one again, that it is paid in advance.. During the dinner we could choose 2 dishes, but the sides were also counted for one. By the way the dishes were fairly delicious , but due to limitations it was not a good experience.

Hotel is fantastic, if you're looking for a place to stay for work this is the place. Nice and quiet, amazing breakfast, really nice rooms. You should note that if you're looking to visit Milan you've got expensive taxis or long travel ahead of you. If you're renting a car this place is no problem.

I had a twin room to myself and it have double towels so I could wrap myself up like a mummy after a shower but after the first night they realised it was just me in the room and took away one of the towels.

Breakfast was good not huge amount of choices but the most important products are there. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is a garage for €12 per day with direct lift to the floors. Towels changed daily. Over all great value for the price and top location if you travel by car (15" to the city center).

It gets crowded between 9 and 10. There are advises in the elevators when is best to go for the breakfast. Minor thing was the seal of the windows that were a bit loose, not too bad though. Outside parking is free but if you come late there might not be empty spaces. Luckily, there is another huge parking of the superstore nearby, which is completely free.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Convenient access to highways and plenty of parking spots. However, considering the 13 km distance from the city center, I’d recommend this hotel mostly for those with a car. Polite staff and a nice lobby.

I didn’t find any negative points about the hotel; however, the noise level was quite high. I think the soundproofing between rooms, and especially between the room and the hallway, wasn’t very effective, as we could hear even the slightest noises from outside, which often woke us up from sleep.

A good location - close to the highway (I understand there is a train that goes to the city center, but we did not use it.) The room was spacious, clean, AC works like a charm as well. The staff is very friendly; they also offered to upgrade us for the second night. We did not book it, but breakfast ist available. Good value for money :)

The bed was a little too hard for my taste and the bed linen not so soft as I have expected - but it was not something impossible to ignore. There was a small problem with the door. We had to always double check and close the door more than once because it wouldn’t lock after the first try.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. If you have a car, I definitely recommend it.

I just want to mention two points: 1. I booked two rooms, 102 and 113. I stored my items in the fridge in room 102, but the next morning, when I was about to leave, I realized that the fridge had not been working all night. As a result, all my items were kept in a warm environment instead of being properly refrigerated. 2. The bathroom door in room 113 was very squeaky and, in my opinion, needed some lubrication.

The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The location was great as it was well connected to the city and in a nice and quiet area that felt very safe. Also there is a supermarket right outside which was very handy, and the bar area outside was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Very clean hotel with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Maybe there could be little information cards in front of the breakfast items stating exactly what they were as I am vegetarian and some items had meat and I didn’t know so ended up wasting what I put on my plate.

We travelled as a family of four with two young kids. We really appreciated the possibility for late check-in, as our flight was arriving late. Also, it was absolutely great that they could offer us two neighboring rooms with connecting door. Compared to other options in the area, we find the rooms for 4 persons reasonably priced. The bedrooms were spacious, very quiet and with comfortable beds. The location is good, close to both Malpensa airport and close to Milano centre (we had a car).

- The breakfast could have been much better for a 4 star hotel. Some things were not fresh and there were basic options missing (e.g., dark bread). - The free hotel parking was full so, we had to either pay (a lot - I think it was 12 or 20 euro) to park indoors or to park for free (which was what we did) outside the premises of the hotel, but in an area that doesn't seem ideal.

Good location in quite area , not so far from center. Good room & toilet size . Comfortable beds.

I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights & asked for a late check out because my flight got delayed from 2 different receptionists however no one helped me in my request, claiming the hotel is fully booked, however i was able to book a new additional night via booking.com just to stay a more 3 hours in the room.
