The place is excellent, thought it's a bit far to reach but worth the stay. The view is fantastic facing mountain with snow on the top. Room is clean and the staff are very friendly. The bed are big and room are spacious. Breakfast is turkish with omellet.
You definitely need to rent a car to reach the hotel as there is no public transport to the place. And is cold during winter as it's up in the mountain. Not much activity as its far from buzzling Trabzon city centre.

The staff especially Rayyan he was polite and helpful . The breakfast was good The location and room view was spectacular to the mountains.
There was no AC in the room and it was hot.

The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Beds are large and comfortable. The view was unbelievable. Staff were very kind. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Hamsiköy.
Bees while having breakfast. The weather was a bit cold and nice at night, but we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitoes and there was no AC. But it was not a big issue. We had a pleasant sleep.

Awesome Hotel and very supportive owner, I still have the taste of the omlet which he made for the breakfast. Easy access to all the prime locations.
Parking on the hilly area was a bit difficult, but it is manageable with a bit of good care

Everything is great about the hotel. Has an amazing and friendly staff and the view is breathtaking. Would come again in future

The building is in a high place and difficult for the elderly or those who suffer from heights. It says in the description it's a suite while it's a room.

Good location and incredible view. good staff and breakfast. Clean rooms.
No room soundproof. No fly screens on windows. No A/C because mostly the weather is cold, but if you open the window many bugs will come in.
