The convenience and availability was great, however, the coffee was weak, muffins were not individually wrapped, and customers left a mess without cleaning up after. Did not stay for a full breakfast so I am unable to provide a total review.

Coffee was very weak. Breakfast buffet area was messy. Didn’t like that there wasn’t an enforced quiet time. Visitors were very loud on patio at around 11:00p.m. Then more loud laughing and talking until 2.a.m. noise subsided after a phone call was made to front desk. Didn’t get any sleep the fist night.

omg! we loved everything. the room was so nice and clean...I actually said this is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in! the bar is so nice and have drink specials and acoustic singing. the staff was all so nice and friendly. the property is perfect for walking everywhere and has a beautiful patio out back. we would love to come back again :)

Room was big. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant right in the hotel. Small breakfast with coffee. Quiet location. Live music on Friday night.

Water ran all over from the shower. But the shower was roomy. Low water pressure. No vending machines for drinks or snacks. But they have ice makers.

It was clean and close to where we needed to be for doing our business!

After checking in and sitting in our room, a staff used a pass key and entered our room...no knock on the door or phone call. She said she was checking to see if the room was occupied! Also, after a very busy day we wanted to drink a bottle of wine on the back patio and was told we couldn't do that! We had to drink in our room!

The young woman who worked the counter when I checked in was extremely impressive. I used to be in the IT helpdesk industry and the way she conducted herself on the phone with guests was incredible. I was just waiting to check in and heard how she handled the call she was on. Same thing later on when I, an IT guy, couldn't figure out the wifi. She was again on the phone with a guest but somehow we communicated non-verbally and I looked closer.... the check box at the top... I will probably use this interaction with her later to write training manuals. If you are ever visiting or participating in any Carlisle car show, I recommend this hotel.

CLR is great to clean shower heads. Hahaha. A quick "thumb nail rub" on the rubber nozzles works too. 8/10 hotels I see this.

I went to college in Shippensburg as did my son. We love the area for it outdoor activities. This hotel is perfect for our needs regarding location, ample parking, price, and comfort! Room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable!

I would have given a higher rating fir cleanliness but the walls of the elevator were smudged and in obvious need of some cleaning. Otherwise, everything was great! Staff were friendly as well!

The restaurant and bar on site ! Really nice food and very friendly servers who knew what they were doing. Also the parking around the back of the building was very convenient.

The shower floor looked like it could use a good scrubbing ( that may be the tile color ) and the drain was very slow to drain. AC in the room appears to be pre-set and not adjustable in the room, I would have preferred the room to be a little cooler.

Tub in very poor condition. Did not use due to this. Though the setting was lovely the outdoor dining tables and chairs should be cleaned often due to pollen. Coffee cold in dispensers.

It was good when we able to eat it on Friday (opened 0600). On Saturday, during a major car event 20 miles away, the breakfast did not start until 0700 which was too late for us and most of the guests who were attending same. Was disappointed with that and, in the opinion of myself and everyone I talked to, you should rethink that. Paid a premium rate and had to stop, waste time and pay more for a breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was clean. The woman who checked us in was very helpful. The appearance of the lobby was veryclassy. The University Grille had excellent food and service. Thebed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

We were awakened to the housekeeping staff laughing and making A LOT of noise outside our door while cleaning the rooms around us. It was time to wake up anyway (8:15) but it was uncalled for and very inconsiderate.
