When I was approaching, the building was kind a scary looking, I was afraid it was gonna be a bad night. It turned out to be a nice surprise. I arrived late at night, but the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was totally quiet, the room was clean, and the best it that checkout time is at noon, so in the morning you don't need to leave in a rush. I'd go back in, no question.

The hotel had a homey feel to it especially when you walk into the lobby. It was nice and felt new. There were a lot of stores and restaurant's to visit within walking distance. It was just a relaxing place to spend a cold winter night and to get away from the day to day stress. Highways are far enough away that we never had to hear traffic. Nice place.

The pool was too cold to swim in. It was one of the reasons we came there.

we liked the location of the room as it was accessible to the back door so we could take our small dog out when she needed to go out. The location was perfect.

The room next to ours had left their dogs attended and when we went out to take ours out, those dogs barked for quite some time. It was sad that they were alone and disturbing to our dog.

Check in was nice and easy as well as the check out. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was good as well. We were visiting a local college our daughter has decided to attend. We will probably make this our go to place to stay if we have to spend a night because it's a great value.

Refrigerator was not very cold and had a musky spell. We didn't make a big deal cause we only stayed a night.

Cold rooms. AC is like ice. The room was clean and in good order. The front end staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was central to all of our travels. Parking is plentiful.

The housekeeping worker did not speak English. The language barrier was helped using Google Translate. The per day price was cheaper upon check in than on Booking.com, but because I used Booking, the worker was unable or unwilling to change the price and discount me the difference.

Price was good. The stuff was nice

Somehow fix the directions on Google or Apple. It sends you to the building behind and you have to go all the way around the block. It's kind of hard to find. I don't know how they could do that but I imagine we're not. The only people went to the wrong place.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was encouraging and enjoyed where they worked. One staff member said that she has worked there for over 7 years and that it was the best motel she'd worked at.

We could've gotten up earlier to take advantage of the breakfast... :)

The employee who checked me in on the evening of July 25, 2025 was absolutely amazing. Our softball team loved when she was there through our trip. Even though our last tournament of the season was rained out we enjoyed our stay

The waffle mix was empty when we went for breakfast. The location is great a lot of shopping/ restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful

Hot tub was not working (needed repairs) but that didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, ice cold AC in the room during a heatwave. Extra linen available at any time. Clean rooms and hallways.

Continental breakfast isn't great. Cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, fresh fruit, and waffles are available. But it is better than nothing.
