The room was nice and the bathroom was larger than a typical hotel bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Checkout was 11 am and that was better than a lot of hotels which do 10 am check out now. We did not bring our dog this time, but this property does allow pets for a very reasonable fee.

There was a broken outlet in the room. That wasn't a problem for us, but I let the management know about it because that could be dangerous for families with small children. There were plenty of other outlets in the room and lots of USB ports for charging devices.

I wasn't told about the deposit amount for damages to room and I'm sorry but why put $125.88 on hold when u have my credit card # and u can put less than that ,I travel 8 months of year and booking .com handle my bill ,I just feel like it a better way to get a deposit than that large amount,POLICY I GUESS,BUT IF U HOLD LESS U STILL GOT A PERSONS CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF ROOM IS DAMAGE,LIKE HOLIDAY IN,HAMPTON IN $20 ?? SEE WHAT I MEAN

Comfortable and clean 2 queen bed room was good for a family of 4. Microwave and bar fridge were really handy, along with the many power points. Hotel appears to have been recently refurbished - public areas looked nice, room furnishings looked relatively new and bathroom had a new tub with shower. Enough towels were provided for all of us, and there was lots of vanity space in the bathroom. Short drive to a number of dining options, supermarkets and shopping (Target, Kohls). Guest laundry. Indoor pool (a bit small but okay for kids to splash in, had to get towels from Reception). Complimentary American breakfast with the usual spread (eggs, sausages, MYO waffles, bagels, muffins, yoghurt).

Only provided with one set of individual-sized toiletries, which were okay for one night. Would prefer full-sized toiletries if staying for longer. Breakfast items were not replenished promptly - ran out of whole milk and biscuits by 07:30ish.

Everything looked just like the photos from the website. Very friendly staff

The parking lot was awful. My mother has a handicap placard because her lungs are bad. There were no available handicapped spots. The rest of the lot was just as bad. It was packed, and 2 trucks took up 4 spots. It was difficult to find any spot. I know there was an event happening in town, I didn't know this before we booked. I would love to see you designate more handicapped spaces or at least keep spaces right at the front available for handicap over spill when it's that busy.

Breakfast was adequate. The eating area was clean and neat I would suggest a second toaster and possibly a second waffle maker but definitely a second toaster this early in the morning and people were waiting to toast their Bagel or bread and the toaster was very slow other than that it was great people were friendly helpful was near many restaurants and shopping area and it was our first time staying at this hotel and I certainly would a book around again with La Quinta we booked the sweet which this time we didn't really need but would have loved to have done that on a previous trip where we stayed at a different hotel and we're extremely disappointed. But definitely disappointed for the price we paid not disappointed at all with La Quinta

I think I mentioned toaster needs . We did have a bit of a problem with the air conditioning it was extremely cold in our room and they were not able to turn it down for us and it was in the outer room we had a suite and so we ended up having to turn it off because it was extremely cold the management actually turned it off not sure what that issue was but we were quite comfortable anyway

We had travelled 10 hours to get to this destination and were delighted with the room, its cleanliness, comfort. especially the bed. We brought our dog with us and she was very comfortable too. Thank you LaQuinta for once again meeting and exceeding our expectations.

Just one minor dislike, there is a lot of deodorizing? scents in the lobby area, I am very sensitive to this and it caused me to sneeze for a while, the room was fine.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were going to. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. Small shops nearby. The staff was very friendly when we checked in and when we checked out.

The only issue with the stay was that some of the things in the room were not cleaned very well. Dirty bathroom door. Counter near the mini fridge was sticky. Pillow cases has some stains.

The room was comfortable and clean. We were in the back but we wondered if the front was noisy so close to Rt 81. The staff was nice and the breakfast was really nice. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bakery goods, coffee, etc, etc..

It was hard not to make noise in the hallway due to tile floors with our wheelie cases.

Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Especially liked the excellent housekeeping.

The room keys lost programming multiple times and had to be reset to get in the room—a trip back down elevator to the desk. Limited breakfast options for me, being vegan.

Clean, not crowded. Very pleasant, friendly staff. Pool and exercise room available. Sufficient choices for breakfast. Pet friendly. Zero gravity king size bed.

Lobby area smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Other guests also made comment of it. Need to install air freshener system on first floor. Upstairs smelled fine. Room faced interstate, noisy. Missing one remote in room.
