It was my first time to the Shippensburg area and the location was great - close to the city and to the campus, but also close to shopping if needed. The front desk staff was very nice - greeting me and thanking me. The beds were really comfortable! And the free breakfast was tasty and just enough. Plus -- I saw Johnny Mathis as he left and that was truly awesome as I had just seen his concert the night before!

My view was over the rooftop and I wish I had asked to be moved, but the room overall was very comfortable.

I liked that we had a room on the first floor near an exit we could use to reach our vehicle guickly. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient! I think the breakfast options were the best that I have ever had of any place I've ever stayed!

The window curtains were attractive but the center curtain was very thin/filmy and the two end curtains, which looked like blackout curtains, were unmovable, or if they were movable I couldn't figure it out! I wished I had clothes pins with me to pull them together and clip!

The building, everything is new and the breakfast is not bad.

The sheets were a little dirty. The housekeeper entered the room at 7 a.m. and said she hadn’t been informed that there were guests in the room. The lady in charge of the breakfast was rude, even with her assistant because he tried to be kind to us. It’s been over a month since we stayed at the hotel, and the $25 security deposit is still pending in my bank account.

This hotel was super clean and a great deal for what they charge! The staff was nice and very helpful. I stayed with my dog and he was comfortable as well. I didn’t know the area well, as I was staying for a rest between cities on a roadtrip, but this hotel felt very safe and secure.

Nearly everything was great. To be picky, my bathroom door did not have a lock and the pancake/waffle machine was broken which was a little disappointing. Other than that, no complaints at all

The big deluxe room they had available couch table a chair and stool desk desk chair was comfortable they had a big indoor pool but didn't get a chance to try it out and also a big bathroom countertop sink and microwave refrigerator its one of the newest hotel there I was told that by chevy dealership they do have a pizza place that delivers to hotel plus a donught place literally right in front of hotel can't miss it one of the best hotels I been at they do allow pets fee is 25 dollars a night which thats a good price compared to most hotels that allows animals my room was 315

If I had my trailer I don't believe it would had fit now without a trailer good bit of parking if bobtailed or a dulley pickup truck I have a 40 ft trailer with mega ramps but other than that it was a good hotel to stay in

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Just a quick drive to down town dining and nearby Luhrs performing arts center. Breakfast was amazing also. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Shippensburg area.

Elevator was kinda tight with a luggage cart but we managed - definitely NOT a deal breaker.

Breakfast selections were more than adequate. The breakfast area was clean and spacious. All the public areas were clean and well kept. Staff at the desk were pleasant - no issues with checking in or leaving. I did specifically ask for and received a receipt.

Walls and floors are paper thin- it was noisy.😣

Front desk staff was great. They handled a computer outage well. We had problems accessing our room they came up and personally dealt with the problems.

Refrigerator made significant noise when defrosting. One side of the bed made horrible noises when you moved especially getting on and off. Broken maybe? Breakfast was not hot.

I was looking for a hotel near where my dad lives and found this hotel 2 years ago I travel to this area 1 to 2 times a month even though there are a few places that cost alittle bit less I refuse to book anywhere else because they have kind staff, clean rooms and have accommodated and fixed anything that may have been wrong or I needed help with.

The only thing I would like to see different is on their side parking there no handicap parking which sometimes make it difficult to find a space near the doors if this was corrected I would have 0 complaints.

I liked the suite. The pull out bed worked well and made traveling with 4 people who don't all want to share a bed affordable.

They close those breakfast doors right at 9:30 so if you're late you can't even grab a little something to take back up to your room or anything. A bit of a bummer.
