Staff were stressed with the malfunctioning computer system, but they remained calm and pleasant and tried to address everyone's concerns in a timely manner.

When I arrived for check-in the computer system was down and they had been working on it for awhile. The staff was pleasant and managing it the best they could, but there was a delay in getting checked in. There was then a longer delay in getting a key and since I had a dog with me I felt I needed to stay with him in the room instead of taking him for a long walk. The signage could be better to direct one to the front of the hotel. When you drive in you are actually at the rear of the building and there is an entrance there that cannot be accessed without a key.

Close to the highway, yet quiet. The bed was amazing. The pillows were so great, we looked them up and ordered some for home.

I picked this because it had a kitchen. There was nothing but a kitchen. No plates, utensils, cookware. Not even plastic cups. There was no coffee maker in the room. I didn't like having to get dressed to go down to the lobby for a cup of Jo. I went down for the breakfast at 8( started at 6:30) There was nothing left. The desk clerk apologized that she had laundry to do and didn't notice. The other bummer was the bathtub drain didn't close. After 11 hours on the road, we were looking forward to a good hot bath! Even went out to find Epsom salts! Couldn't fill the tub. I mentioned it at the desk the next am and was told they don't have a maintenance person at the moment.

I enjoyed the room. It was very clean and it was very comfortable. The room was made me feel like I was living in luxury. The breakfast was good as well. I also liked how there was dishes in the room.

There could have been more to know about the room itself. A lot of the stuff was self discovered so it would help if there was a small description of what the room entails.

This place was great ! The staff was fantastic and very friendly !!! I travel with kids and my first priority is safety . I want the area we stay in to be safe and I want my car to be safe sitting in the lot . This place is perfect ! It’s in the country and nothing within a 1/2 mile of it . It’s very quiet . There are gas stations about 1/2 mile away and a great place to eat called the rustic tavern about 8 minutes away . The rooms are fantastic ! They are huge and extremely clean . They have a cool little sitting area across from the main desk where you can read or hook up a computer or charger and a tv if you want to watch it right there . Two little things although not deal Breakers . First the sliding bathroom door . I’m not a fan . There is no lock and because of the style of it there is a 2” gap when closed you can see right in . The second small Thing is the breakfast . No hot eggs or hot anything . They do have fruits , cereal , toast , breakfast bars , juice and coffee and pre packed muffins . They were all tasty and would not be a reason not to stay here . I hope more of these will be opening up throughout the east coast as I do a lot of travel up and down and would stay here again in a second . Thank you for a great nights sleep !

Clean, spacious, full size fridge in my room and a cooktop. Comfy bed. Nice desk and chair. Good wifi. Great value.

This is not a 5 star hotel. But it was an exceptionally pleasant experience. There was no pool or spa and the Continental breakfast was unexceptional. But the coffee was good!

The agent was SO patient as we had accidentally booked the wrong date & spent 20 minutes on the phone with Booking.com. Although there were no eggs, there was a big variety of breakfast food which was surprising. And good! The price was great too!

Since we were on RT 76, it was about 8 miles away.

the property was so clean, and newly renovated/built. it is a non-smoking building too. it felt good to stay somewhere that didn’t stink like people used to smoke there 20 years ago. the room was very spacious and included a full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave. the hotel offered many appliances you can borrow as well. a simple continental breakfast is offered, which includes muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal. breakfast is offered from 6:00-9:00am

it was easy to hear other guests. nothing disturbing, but we could hear people in the next room coughing at night, and talking in the hallway (and they were not loud at all). The hotel could benefit from some sound proofing.

Room was not completely ready - the dishes were in the dishwasher, the trash cans were in cabinets(?) and the TV didn't work. A staff member came right away and replaced the TV.

The room was a good size. Laundry facilities on site.

It was out of the way.You needed a car or some kind of transportation to get to grocery stores etc.

Clean, friendly staff and fairly quiet.

Dog areas could be improved. Fried grass can’t be helped, but a more defined area would be good. Our baby is only 5 lbs, but bigger dogs could use better space.
