Super convenient location, close enough to I-81 but far enough away that the sound of the highway won't keep you up at night. I've not tried breakfast when I've stayed here but it is close to a few places to get breakfast if you sleep in and miss it. Beds are so so comfortable, it's actually the main reason I chose to stay here most recently. Seriously-so comfortable.

The rooms are fairly clean but I did end up with a few spiders in my bathroom, I just trapped them under a trashcan until I could tell someone at the front desk about it. Also, not a huge deal but I had to go ask for toilet paper at the front desk twice during the week because no one had stopped by my room after I had put the hanger on asking housekeeping to come refresh the room.

Many nice points. Automatic opening doors. Convenience of our room which was an ample size. The refrigerator was larger than most places we have stayed in and worked very well, including the small freezer. It was just off the interstate and restaurants were close by. Breakfast had numerous offers to fit anyone's diet.

I would have just liked to know there was a $30. Pet charge for our 25#, 13 yr old Terrier. It raised the cost higher than expected. We normally have paid $15. It still was a good place to spend the night.

The hotel was very clean, newly re-decorated, well-lit, and well maintained. Cleanliness, both inside and out, always give the first impression for me. This Best Western was top notch in cleanliness! (Smelled great too! Clean smell is VERY important!) Staff was friendly, attentive, and readily provided information about the surrounding area. They also made me feel assured of my safety, which as a solo traveler was very important. The delicious breakfast bar offered a variety of options for every palette such as fresh fruit, waffles, omelettes, bacon, cereal, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, breads/pastries, etc. Juice, milk, coffee, and tea are provided as well, A few reviews suggested the rooms that faced the highway side were noisy, but I did not experience this at all (and I have acute hearing.) My room was quiet and I had a peaceful night's sleep. I would definitely return to this Best Western!

Lack of directional signage for rooms- I would just suggest that hallways be labeled with which room numbers are allocated to them and directional arrows.

Comfortable, clean, easily accessible

Won't say 'didn't like'...was just obvious that the room was in the process of being updated for a handicap accessible room. As a result, merely minor things that kept the room from being perfect...some resources already lowered to make reachable for wheelchair access, some things still at standard height... some places plaster work was still in progress, toilet tissue holder set into wall, but not fastened in, entry area ceiling light inoperable and switch taped over... all minor things, but prevented getting a 'perfect' rating. Would I stay there again if passing through?... You betcha!

I normally do not leave reviews but after stying at this place I told my son that I would really like to leave a review this time. We stayed in 4 other places of similar level and price on our journey from Houston to NYC and this place was a whole different experience in all regards. It is newly renovated, very clean and tastefully decorated. There were little details here and there that showed thoughtfulness and care. The breakfast was served in a large dining room with a bar and a TV. There was a selection of bagels, toaster, omelets, cream cheese, butter, jam, milk, yogurts, cereal, coffee and tea. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We felt that the people who run this place really care about their guests and are trying hard to make the stay exceptional. This place is wholeheartedly recommended. I want to thank the manager for doing such a good job.

We did not see anything that was unpleasant or inadequate.

Was attending the Spring Carlisle Car Show and the location was very good, and price was very reasonable. Check in was a breeze and very courteous. The Walnut Bottom Diner is very close by, almost walking distance, and food is very good with good pricing. FYI - you get a discount at the diner if you are staying local, just tell your server. Location is close to I-81, but noise level is not a problem.

Hotel is a little dated, needs a good refresh.

Super nice and understanding staff, very clean building and rooms, generous offerings for the price, really nice aesthetic, in a great location, breakfast was grand!

I wish the price were a little cheaper and the room was a little smaller than expected, but great regardless. The price is near perfect and the room was good. Just didn't meet the expectations from photos by a little bit.

Place looked like brand new, beautiful car decoration on the walls very appropriate for Carlisle Car show guests! Automatic front doors welcome you: very pleasant when carrying luggage. Friendly manager and staff, they really do their best to make a stay as pleasant as possible. Proper well equipped big room suitable for a longer stay. Nice breakfast too.

As so often happens the room key card failed before the stay ended. Had however not been near cell phones or anything. Have had this several times at different places this trip, disappointing because it does not seem like something that is unavoidable.

The staff are really great, very kind and helpful our tv remote wasn't working so called the front desk and the lady answered promptly and came and sorted it right away. Man on reception very nice and Lady at breakfast very smiley and made sure everything was stocked, fresh and clean. Hotel has been recently refurbished so looks really good. Beds are comfy, showers are hot and powerful, air conditioning worked perfectly. Very quiet not many people staying, it's next to i81 you can hear the traffic slightly but it didn't keep me awake, probably better in the odd numbered rooms as these are the other side of hotel. Breakfast was much better than expected (weekends - hot, weekdays - continental) scrambled eggs, sausage patties, good coffee, juices, cereal, oatmeal, fruit cups, yoghurt, waffle maker, bagels/bread, three flavours of muffins probably more that I have forgotten. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great. Near to Highway 81. Plenty of parking space. The reception is kindly and genial. Breakfast is good with different food and drinks.

We stayed for more than one week but our room was arranged facing to the Highway 81 so you can hear big noise during the night sleeping. Outdoor swimming pool is not opened. Muffin has moldy for the breakfast.
