The breakfast was perfect and always hot not cold, Ms Terri who took care of breakfast was very nice and she kept everything clean and wiped down and refilled, she has a beautiful spirit and I thank God for her

Stain on the floor by beds and my bathroom needed more cleaning and the group of ladies I brought one had to clean her bathroom also and the one of the other ladies had to have her room changed twice once with broken bed second room tv not working then finally a room that she could rest in

The facility was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. The location was perfect for the Carlisle Fair Grounds. Cracker Barrel was very close to the facility, and we could walk over to the site. Also, the staff was very helpful and polite! I really appreciate that! I very much plan on using Sleep Inn Carlisle South facility again!

Everything was perfect and the beds WERE comfortable except when you laid on the edge of the bed it would go down and you were laying on a slant and felt like you were going to roll out of the bed! I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. I slept in the middle of one bed and my husband slept in the middle of the other bed! Other than that, everything was absolutely great! :)

The lobby smelled fresh and clean. The continental breakfast had standard items but it was well prepared and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

To conserve water the towels are only replaced every 3 days which would be okay if there had been an additional supply of wash/face cloths on hand....we had more towels than needed just not enough wash cloths. We thought our room would be attended to daily (trash/beds made up) daily despite the linen policy but it seemed that it was only attended to every 3 days also which surprised us.

What I like is while I was here it was near everything I needed plus Kimberly was so helpful when it came to food location and keeping the front end clean and stocked with everything you needed. Was very nice and such a beautiful soul definitely blessed to have her around with all the work she does on her shift

The staff were very helpful and friendly == the staff helping with breakfast, check-in, and housekeeping. The location is very convenient, right off the highway, close to stores, trails, and our event.

There was a vague smell of smoke in the room, and the pocket door to the bathroom was difficult to open. But it was overall great.

I did not use the pool - it looked clean, well kept and being used when I got there. I rushed through breakfast (husband in hospital). Fantastic lady taking care of it/ her name is Terri). She was efficient and caring - happy to be taking care of people’s needs. The gentleman, Sam, at from desk was able to put me in room away from Highway It was very quiet and good

We were very pleasantly surprised. This was the cheapest hotel on our road trip & was far nicer than expected. The lady in the breakfast room kept everything immaculate. The room was comfy. Free parking & very conveniently next to a Cracker Barrel for our meals.

We found a few ants on our bedroom wall with no idea where they were coming from?

I like the location. Next door to Cracker Barrel. Easy on and off I81. Clean neat and quiet. Good breakfast bar.

Room could use a night light! No lights accessible from the bed. Left bathroom light on with door cracked open. Cheap led nightlight would save energy

Really clean and crisp room. Only complaint was that the pocket door for the bathroom was off the track. Not familiar with this brand but was looking for a cost effective overnight that was clean and comfortable. Absolutely met all of this needs. About a mile walk into downtown (hiker here so easy stroll)

Only issue was bathroom pocket door off track. Not an issue for me though.

The woman who checked us in on 08/26 around 6pm was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The gentleman who checked us out on 08/27 was not particularly friendly or helpful. He seemed to have cared less w/o even a short “thank you”. The rooms, although showing a lot of age, we’re very clean and the beds freshly made up, we’re very comfortable. The hall carpets are worn, stained, gross and need to be replaced.
