Overall, everything was great! The room size exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub was clean and in great working condition. The staff were nice as well and the location not too far form downtown san diego.

I didn't like that the bathroom curtains were a bit dirty. There was blood and mucus in the middle of the curtains. Maybe staff didn't see it but a proper check of that or replacement of curtains would've been great. I don't want to think that the bathrooms aren't properly cleaned or that the cleaning is a hack job.

We were shocked when we noticed there is no drinking water in the room of a 4 star hotel and we had to pay for water ! I travel a lot and it was my first time staying in a 4 star that didn’t have complementary water in the rooms also there is no coffee machine in the lobby. Coffee was only available during the breakfast and after that if there is any coffee left we couldn’t use it because they take the creamer from next to the machine which is unbelievable! Even the 2 star hotels have coffee, creamer and sweetened all the time available at the lobby!

Cleanliness was beyond my expectations! Please keep the standards. We travel a lot for business around the country and I am very particular about cleanliness and this hotel was unbelievable, exceptional customer service. Breakfast was great and location is right in the middle of everything! Great restaurants, great stores! I love this hotel. Thank you for making our stay lovely 🙏

I believe this is a newer hotel. Very clean. The breakfast was great with a large variety of choices. We requested a handy cap room due to knee issues thinking we would get a shower. It ended up being a very large bathroom with a tub & a folding bench to sit on with grab bars.. The shower head had a long extension on it. The parking lot felt safe and shopping was near by.

The 2nd day the breakfast was a little late due to a worker calling in sick. We still had many options other than the hot food.

New and clean. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. In a new neighborhood with a lot of restaurants.

A little far from the water and San Diego, but the 20 min drives were fine given the value of this hotel.

Modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. Nearby to mall type chain shops. Easy parking (charge points for EVs). Pleasant helpful staff.

The area is pretty soulless, vast car parks areas with chain stores spaced out around. No food store within walking distance. I wouldn't want to stay here for much more than a business stopover or a touring overnight. Also quite expensive for what is essentially a buffed up motel type accommodation.

The location is great as it is situated near many shops, and restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. It is about a 7 to 10 minute drive to Sesame place for families who will be visiting the park. We were checked in by Luna end it was a quick and effortless check-in. The Hotel wasnt, busy or loud which worked for us. Our request to have a first floor room was honored which was a great. There are EV charging stations in the parking lot, a pool, laundry facilities, and gym at this hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would be booking our stay again at this hotel when we are in the area.

there is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, but does not serve lunch or dinner.  this is not a big deal, but it could be an inconvenience for those looking to remain or relax within the hotel premises.

It is close to the CBX border crossing into Tijuana airport. About 10-15 mins away (must take Uber tho). Much better hotel option than those that are closer. There are a lot of good food options with nearby mall. Breakfast is much better than expected.

Staff are a bit slow for check-in. Hotel staff will also not call a taxi for you, which is different from when I spoke to a staff member before booking. Uber and lift are the only real options to leave.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The room and bathroom were very large. Our room was a single bed room, but looked as if it could accommodate two king sized beds. The breakfast has a lot of options and was great.

Floors were a bit wet when we arrived as if they were recently shampooed and not dry enough, but not too bad. Just enough to notice the dampness.

We liked that it had everything we were looking for in that area and a great breakfast selection. The omelettes are delicious! The room was very comfortable too, we didn’t have time to go in the pool or the hot tub 😔
