The location was perfect—conveniently situated near all the key attractions and public transportation, it was easy to explore the area. I was especially impressed with the night check-in process, which was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and made sure I felt welcome even at a late hour. The breakfast the next morning was a real highlight

Unfortunately, my room faced the street, and it got quite noisy at night, especially with traffic sounds and people outside. The noise made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. To make matters worse, the neighbors’ TV was really loud, and I could hear it clearly through the walls.

This hotel, located approximately 15min walk to the Gaslamp District and Harbour Drive, was the perfect choice for a short stay in Dan Diego. Outdoor swimming pool and 24h gym. Rooms were very comfortable, in particular, the beds. Never slept in such a comfortable hotel bed and the linen was super soft, it made for a great night's sleep. Nice size balcony as part of room, overlooking pool area. Good breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

There was little not to like about this hotel. Great price for the facilities available and location!

Location is good - price is kept reasonable away from the bay. Breakfast is reassuringly similar between hotels in this chain and headings are available. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Fitness centre had enough to keep me exercised.

Very little to dislike. Like most hotels in San Diego, it’s within earshot of the airport and traffic but it didn’t stop me having a good night’s sleep.

Room was fine but the hotel is very costly for what is offered. We paid almost $300 for 1 night and the room did have a interesting smell upon arrival but it went away after about 10-15mins. Had a view of the very small oddly placed pool.

HATED the driveway to enter onto the property and probably because people do not follow directions and parked their cars in the 1 way in / 1 way out, 1 car lane driveway. If you happened to enter and some dummy did not follow directions, you would be struck until dumbass came out. Do yourself a favor and park on the street until you can get your hotel parking lot parking pass. Oh, charging $29 a day for parking is crazy as well. The area is ok but it's not all that for expensive parking with NO security in site.

- They had a great breakfast with a clean breakfast room. - The price isn’t too bad, especially compared to hotels closer to the convention center. - The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is a plentiful amount of soap/shampoo. - The Wi-Fi is pretty good for hotel purposes. - The hotel staff was friendly. - The hotel felt pretty safe since the only place a person can get in without a key card is the front door, and then they have to go past the front desk. I was not worried about safety. - You’re not too far from the airport (but you need a ride – not a walkable thing). - Your room will likely come with a complimentary water bottle or two and there are various places where you can get cold drinking water around the hotel (and coffee is on hand too).

- My AC wasn’t working well where I could never get the room to cool down to a cooler temperature. However, it’s San Diego, so it’s never too hot. - It’s pretty far from the convention center (if that is your destination). It’s over a mile walk but it is a safer walk than other hotels (just head to fifth street and you’re fine). - I wish they had some kind of shuttle service for those times when I needed quicker transport. - The exercise room is nice but it’s really hot in there. They could use a fan in there. - There is no bathtub (at least, not in my room).

The location was excellent. Close to things, but still quiet.

At the end of our stay, we had an issue getting out of the parking garage. We were told to keep one access card to get out, but it didn't work. The car in front of us didn't even have a card to leave. They moved to let us get out, but our card didn't work. There was no attendant around. I pushed the button for help, no one came, my son got out of the car to find someone. By now there were at least 8 cars behind me. The attendant was outside stuffing her face, not doing her job.

Bed is comfy; water dispenser and coffee making machines at lobby; breakfast is great; staff are friendly and helpful; 24hr fitness centre access is great; vending machines available in case you get hungry at night

Located on a slope, hike up a bit tiring after a long day outside; fitness centre has 2 treadmills but only 1 is working; hand sanitizer empty at some locations

Breakfast every morning was amazing! There was an excellent set of options! I loved that the roo. came with a fridge AND a microwave, which seems to be a rare combo in hotel rooms these days. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful!

The tub floor should had black marks on it (as if it had a bathmat there for years and was only recently removed, but otherwise, the bathroom and facilities were great!

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast options, rooms conjoined so family could be next to each other,we had an issue with the sliding door for the bathroom and maintenance fixed it quickly.

The parking structure is not made for roof racks on tall vehicles or have a cargo bag on top. I suggest unloading prior to entering. At night I heard planes taking off. But that still wasn't horrible.

Clean, quiet room. Secure, gated garage.

The hotel lumps the 'incidental deposit' with payment for the room rather than you paying for the room and a separate hold for the deposit. This resulted in a charge pending on the credit card for over 1 week. We stayed in many hotels during our road trip and this was the only hotel that did this. All other hotels kept the payment and deposit separate and we had no issue. Time for the hotel to update their processes.
