The room was very clean and spacious with many lights and outlets. The bathroom was very clean, with many clean towels and everything worked! The TV was quite large, and the room came with a refrigerator and microwave, both of which worked! Finally, the location was good and walkable to many banks and metro .
There were some very steep slopes on the sidewalks leading to the hotel . Would not recommend walking for the weak or disabled!

The showers honestly were my favorite! The shower heads are gigantic, and great pressure. The staff doesn't ever bug you! Beds are super comfy. Balconies, complimentary coffee
4th floor no elevator.....ya it really sucked but they are under construction so it's forgivable 😉

Booking.com was not responding well to my reservation changes, but the desk people were very helpful...First a gentleman at the desk who found we were double booked even though Booking.com could not find the 2 bookings. Later Leticia was able to cancel one of the two nights we were booked for when again booking.com seemed impossible to reach by phone. It was great that they moved us to a balcony room when they did not have the 2 queen ready, which worked out great since it was just the 2 of us. Beautiful jacaranda trees from front entrance. Also walkable to Petco stadium!!
Everything was very good, it just seemed a bit overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Also, we paid extra on booking.com for a "breakfast" that was just a to-go box. It may have been booking.com's fault for not listing it as a "light breakfast". We did find a shirt beside the bedside table. Also expected 2 chairs on the patio, not one.

This is a good hotel in downtown, a lot of buses in different parts of town, there is breakfast, it's not a big, most like a snack, some bread, cheese, mandarin, juice and probiotics. There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work very well. Most of all I liked the sfaff, everyone I met was friendly. Special thanks to the administrator to the girl who met us and helped us solve our problem

We read the reviews beforehand so we were expecting bad things.. but it we think they must have been old reviews as it seems to have changed! We loved it. The staff were friendly, there was hot coffee and tea available all day, the room was spacious and really clean with a balcony, bed was so comfortable, location was easy to access and safe, what’s not to like!
The Wi-Fi was pretty bad so if you don’t have data on your phone it’s quite hard to do anything

Staff was more than courteous and accommodating. Effective, efficient and pleasant.
Exterior could use an upgrade with some paint and such BUT…. my room was very updated and very clean with multiple television options and mini coffee maker along with fridge, freezer and microwave.

The Management at this Days Inn were exceptional. They went over-and-above to make me feel at home and cared for, and turned an ordinary overnight stay into one of the most memorable experiences of my trip.
There was nothing I didn’t like—all categories were good, but the managers were exceptional!

I like the staff that are very helpful.Especially to someone like me who is disabled. And you may feel like a human being and not like just some poor customer. They were very prquestion mark. They're exactly what you would want record
Only thing I didn't like is how they didn't have a laundry service or a facility
