I like the location of this hotel and the service for the reasonable price.

The only thing I did not expect and did not like was the shower head which was not installed on the wall. The one I used looked like for disabled people when care givers controlled and moved the shower head to wherever was needed to give a disabled person a through cleaning job. Everything was updated and modern and comfortable. Nice colors too and across Balboa park, it was great.

The stairs, as a disabled person it was difficult to go up three floors by stairs, there wasn’t an elevator that I could see, so that’s my only complaint.

staff was very friendly and attentive. Forgot my babies favorite blanket and they found it in less then 10 minutes and they even found a toy She had left behind and I didn’t even notice.

The location is very good, 20/25 min by foot from the GasLamp quarter and Little Italy (the vivid areas of the city). There is also restaurants around (a good ramen restaurant, empanadas, mexican food...) if you dont wanna walk too much. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the room is spacious enough. Plus comparing the price to the other motels/hotels around, this one is relatively cheap and you have what you would expect.

The cleanliness could be better (there is a balcony that you would not want to use as it is dirty and the view is not the best) and there is an umcomfortable smell when you enter (which I think come from the type of cleaning products that are used) that goes away after you open the windows for a bit.

Parking is an issue. If you are used to a heavy populated urban area then this won't be a surprise. I was initially given incorrect information but it all worked out

Convenient location. Beds are comfortable. Room was quite spacious. Check in staff had a great attitude and was friendly!

They were doing maintenance in the morning when we were at sleep. Around 9:00am.

The booking and check in process was fast and easy. The staff were very good at communicating and they were friendly and professional. The property was well kept and I felt very safe there.
