Customer Service exemplary attitude: The location is undergoing some construction & they had a creative system set up to check customers in while enduring the inconvenience of construction while doing business. Their attempt to provide adequate service with a good attitude is admirable. Some can pull this off naturally, but when the heat is up, the challenge is to put on your "game face" & do it w/a smile. They did so professionally. They did it without taking out their frustrations of the work environment on the customer & did so respectfully.

As creative as the check-in set up was, I didn't care for it. The fact that the customer was outside, & in order to complete check-in the customer needed to approach the walk-up window to do so. The employees were inside, behind their glass window. The system worked to their benefit in order for them to attend to the customer but the paying customer was inconvenienced by having to stand in line, outside, waiting their turn to approach the window to check-in. That felt a bit inconsiderate but I rolled with it.

The room was clean and fresh and everything was so simple to check in and very accommodating. Needed a walk in shower and made sure that we had a ADA room for walk in shower. Close to a lot of eateries and restaurants. Breakfast was included and they did not mind or fur babies at all.

The water was not hot at all. Had to run shower in order to get water Luke warm, so me and my husband decided to skip morning shower when we left. Floor was slippy so I did end up slipping in shower and my knee went through the little porcelain shampoo rack. Manager was understanding and did make sure to put a note and speak to owner about issue

The previous reviews were right on the money. The location was good super friendly and helpful staff. Yes we were able to hear the noise from the freeway but I’m the type that usually has no problems falling asleep. Didn’t notice any sketchy people around. We felt very safe there and would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was also good. Two thumbs up!

The heater didn’t work but not really a big deal since the weather wasn’t bad.

Came down to do stem cell treatments at BioAdvanced Medical in Tijuana. I liked that it was right next to I-805 and that the clinic's shuttle could pick me up quickly and take me across the border using Easy Cross...the proximity was perfect. Bed was super comfortable and it came with a microwave and small fridge. Perfect for having somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep after a long day of treatments. Staff was very kind, helpful, and cheerful. Highly recommend it.

Would have liked more fruit in the breakfast buffet.

Everything was excellent with the stay, It was right off the freeway which was very convenient and plenty of food places near by with plenty of gas stations. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

I had 1 problem where it didn’t let me get into my room at night. Took the walk to the front desk where a gentleman helped me out and apologized for the inconvenience and fixed the key card right away. Parking can get pretty full after 10pm but may be also because of labor day weekend! Other than that, The stay was great!

Our original hotel (Days Inn located near by) was canceled on us. I called to booking.com customer service and they were able to assist me with finding us a new place which was here at Best Western on Chula Vista. The staffs are all friendly and welcoming 🙏 the front desk staffs answered any questions or concerns that I had. The room was clean and it was not noise. I sleep well. The next morning we were late for breakfast, but they still offered it to us. Overall our stay here was fantastic. Thank you to booking.com for the suggestion and thanks to the staff for the hospitality.

Nothing to complain

The view of our room is facing the elevator. This area is close to interstate, you can see less family staying more of short stay travel like truckers. Noticed in the parking sites there are some questionable business. Hope they need to move up their security we feel not safe.

I like the bed comfortable the room more spacious, a lot of parking space, easy access to interstate and very close to Sesame Street water park that’s why we pick this hotel to stay, very close to panda, in&out, other grocery store just 500 steps away.

Easy check in. Breakfast was expansive. Lots of choices, not just a bagel & some juice, but a real full panoply of foods. Check out was easy as well. Also not a large security deposit was needed as some other places I’ve stayed. AC unit worked excellent. Overall a great stay!!

Really nothing comes to mind, except it’s located in place where there’s no public transportation so a vehicle is necessary. That’s not a negative though, just what it is. Good thing I had my car. Nothing but a good experience!

The bathroom was a little scary, we noticed some type of a red rusty color near the outside bottom of the tub. Maybe rusty ?? Not sure, looked like blood that was old, who knows, the closet door kept shaking through the night and kept waking us up, at one point we actually thought about checking out.

Breakfast was exceptional. Exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location was ok. Right next to the freeway. Several local restaurants and stores available nearby.

The carpet in the room had a few stains in them. Needed to be cleaned. When I arrived, there was no water available due to some temporary maintenance. However, the staff made it right by giving me a discount on my stay, since I did not have the full service of the room.
