The breakfast was great, though I couldn't eat on the first day due to a surgery appointment. I was able to connect to the wifi, but I was never able to make a call despite restarting my phone numerous times. In addition, I made sure Wi-Fi calling was enabled. For the price of the room, I expected it to be a little nicer; the bedding and carpet showed some significant wear, plus the price increased online by almost $50 for two nights, overnight.

Functioning WIFI, update at least the bedding.

The bellmen/drivers are the best! (Oscar, Balthazar, and Martin) Front desk is professional and room service will bring up ice, plates, and utensils free of charge. Great morning buffet offered daily for about $20, it’s a few dollars more on Sundays since it’s bottomless mimosas. There are 3 Caliente Casinos within walking distance to the hotel. (One built in) Location is walking distance to the border!

Absolutely loved staying here. Super close to the border and in a great location. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Rooms were huge compared to some other places I have stayed at. Definitely worth the price you pay for. Not to mention those breakfast buffet (for an additional price)… super good and lots of options.

Hotel key cards kept demagnetizing but staff was quick to get it fixed for us.

Good location, very close to the border, clean, friendly staff.

No complaints about the accomodations, however, the breakfast buffet leaves more to be desired. The cook to order, eggs, quesadillas and waffles were good but the food in the trays didn’t seem to be up to temperature, they were lukewarm at best.

Comfortable room, cleanliness, and the restaurant

When we went to restaurant for brunch after we checked out. So we had a lot of luggage. I thought people in restaurant or hotel can take care the bags while we eating but actually we had to go all the way to my car to put all luggage and comeback to the restaurant.

The staff are great. There is a varied menu and the food was always banging (amazing). Room service is efficient and was so handy to have available while I was stuck in an all day meeting. I forget the name of the chap on the bar near the sports room, but he's a top man! The level of English is varied but it doesn't deter staff from trying their best to help you. Hopefully next time my Spanish will be more than saying I can't speak Spanish :D I would like to say that the casino is quite varied and I was really happy to see actual card tables and not those boring ePOS machines. The dealers are charismatic and entertaining.

It can be noisy sometimes with part of the casino being on the ground floor there. For some reason, the security guard like to razz it up and down on his quad bike from about 5am, which is a little aggravating.

Service was excellent, fron the valet to the front desk. At the restaurant, the food was great on taste and value. plus the excellent service. The casino has an easy card system. At the bar they have good mixology.

I did not win, at the casino, but at least kept me playing for a couple hours. the room needs a comfort chair or sofa

Clean, great location. The service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. I’m in a wheel chair so the help was greatly appreciated.

They do not have a lot of ADA accommodations. The restroom in the reception area have a ha so AP Stall but the sink area is to high to reach for soap and paper towels. The restroom in the casino does not have a wheel chair stall and it’s very narrow. Was difficult to use the toilet there.

We came to Tijuana for dental work and came across this hotel before coming. It was a good spot where there’s a grocery market nearby if you want snacks or food. The property has its own casino and restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. Shout out to Francisco the bartender. He’s a really friendly person to speak to. My Fiancés is starting to learn some Spanish words and would attempt to communicate with the staff.
