The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area with easy access to everything.

There is a lot of street noise at times. There isn't an elevator which could be an inconvenience if you have luggage. Some rooms are quite small with no windows.

Very nice and clean. Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything.

Not a complain, but rather a fact - for light sleepers might not be the best choice as it is on the main street where all the party is going on. Cannot really blame the hotel for that.

Hotel was very clean , in center of downtown . Restaurants are all walking distance. Taxis and city transit also with in walking distance. Perfect location will ne coming back soon.

Central location directly on the Revolucion and very impressed with the cleanliness. Great value. Lots of stairs to the floors in the hotel. No elevators and no access for the handicapped.

the parking situation sucked. Although parking was safe and enclosed, it was a hassle asking the front desk to open the parking lot when we wanted to leave. Even worse when we came back and had to ask the front desk to send someone to open the parking lot to park again.

Rooms and bedding were very clean. Beds were above-average comfort. The location is perfect. We didn't need anything else.

No exterior windows in the room, just a small one next to the door, facing the interior hallway. The entire floor smelled heavily of cleaning supplies. Obviously, not the worst possible thing.

The location is good and the hotel clean and comfortable.

The light coming into my room at night and every time I closed my iPad or iPhone I had to re enter passwords to go on line.

I usually work from the hotel room and the wifi is great, the beds are comfy and the location is the best, right on Revolucion where you can go out to eat , party, etc from

The parking employee was senseless and not friendly or helpful. He made us very uncomfortable. He did not call the desk to see what was going on and to verify we had a reservation. If it was up to him we would have had to go out of the parking, in the street, and then go to register and come back. We refused and left the car there. But we had to make a couple of trips instead of one, just because he did not call the front desk.

there was no breakfast or place to have a coffee but i knew that when i booked however ,this hotel is very central and safe but above everything else the cleaning ladies do an excellent job first class compared to other hotels i have stayed in south of the border.

It was very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

It can be a little noisy being on Revolution avenue which is not an issue for me since a little noise help me sleep better.
