Secure building with guards at reception desk; spacious apartment; balcony

Not enough blankets (it was a very chilly night!); also, room was advertised as having a pull-out couch bed, but the couch was not a convertible, so one family member slept on the couch as a couch, which was less than comfortable, unfortunately. Other thing to note that didn’t bother us, but other guests might want to be made aware of: this apartment building is located in the “red district,” with a strip club located right across the street. We did not feel unsafe; it’s just a data point to share.

The unit and location were great and it was very clean. Although there was a slight hiccup at the beginning where the construction noises were a bit too loud, the helpful staff at ULIV were prompt in getting me moved to a different unit. Overall, everything was amazing and I would highly recommend.

I would've given a 10/10, but there was a minor inconvenience in that the shower temperature was never able to warm up. It wasn't a major drawback though and turning up the heat in the room helped a lot.

This was a super clean apartment, with a full kitchen and washing machine, etc. All the furniture is typical nice AirBnB furniture, very comfortable. It's a very light-filled apartment, but there are shades in the bedroom which can block out all sun. One of my best parts was the balcony, which faces the happening strip on Avenida Revolucion, and it's just an amazing place to relax and look out on the city. The chairs out there were very comfortable. And there was a very secure parking spot in the building that you can access via the elevator. Location is perfect.

The location is one of the best parts of this property, but, if you do not sleep well with noise, just be aware that you can hear the music from the clubs from a few blocks away until 4am. But the hosts have very thoughtfully left earplugs on the nightstands for that issue.

instructions needed to be much better. There is a security guard on duty but he had limited knowledge. We couldn't figure out how to use the keypad to enter our code because it wasn't visible until you pushed it. We couldn't lock the door when we left the room. The guard called a lady who told him what to do. Once we figured it out everything was fine but they should be more helpful especially since we don't speak Spanish

Location worked well for me, great coffee shops and cafes nearby, building had an amazing rooftop and I liked that it had a gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

It was all pretty good, I don't really have much bad to say. It's TJ so my expectations are not the same as USA.

Everything was fine except that when we arrived at the apartment we sent a message letting them know that their heater was not working and unfortunately, never got an answer. This was first week of December and it was pretty cold at night.

If you want to stay on Revolution then the location is perfect. We knew it wouldn’t be the quietest place. I forgot what level it was but you definitely heard the city noise and the music from the place across the street. My Wife and I slept so good with the sounds of the city.

The futon/bed/ couch is very uncomfortable.

For our trip the location was perfect. We expected a little noise as it was Saturday night . Safe convenient comfortable We paid a discounted price so that made it a value

The only negative was clearness Cleaning staff could do a little better job

Was a really nice place ,nice view, staff was great and very helpfull service was great I would definitely go back again

10/10 all I have to say everything is absolutely amazing!!! Near and close to everything and all the amenities needed for an adult or a family.
