Location (most of downtown Tijuana walkable from the hotel including the Centro cultural, el arca y Plaza Santa Cecilia)...while still removed enough that it wasn't noisy and wild all night. Clean rooms, super comfortable bed with excellent pillows (this for me is more meaningful than the bed!), and my traveling partner and I enjoyed the patio on the 2nd floor above the restaurant bar. Felt like home - and a bonus, the vibes weren't super touristy even though most of the guests I saw were foreigners! We were treated like locals. Easy to check in and out, with accommodating staff.

Breakfast not included; and - though I wasn't bothered by this - my partner was put off by the music just below us in the restaurant/bar (we were on the 1st floor) which kept him up. I personally would have loved a coffee station in the morning or even a water kettle in the room, as I had to go searching for coffee in the AM elsewhere - but that's a minor consideration overall.

Everything was good . Only problem was that when we checked in, looks like the room we were staying in was very dusty like it’s been awhile that someone stayed in their or cleaning wasn’t done right. Had to ask for extra towel and every time cleaning people would kind of clean they won’t leave us the same amount of towels for each of us. We will call front desk to ask for the extra missing towel. After 2 days , you think they would know by now. Room

I love the location just 4 blocks from the zona norte. Also there's plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are cozy.

You could hear just about everything that's going on in the hallway, the noise settled down around 11pm and picked up around 2 when everyone is getting back from partying. Parking is limited. Coner of the room ceiling was dirty

The price and comfort of a small room is very comforting. Love the huge bed and soft covers. The staff is always very welcoming and extremely respectful!! Cleaning services are always at 100%

The walls do not stop any type of noise. So, if you party till next day early morning and you want to sleep in it is difficult due to the noise coming from the halls as other guest leave early morning 4am 5am 6am you hear them talking their bags bumping into the walls the elevator making the DING noice. And WiFi signal to the TV is either not in reach not available 85% of the time.When signal works it is maybe for 30 mins and dies again.

It was very loud you can hear everything from the street every footstep and conversation that passes the hall way woke up a million times that night but over all good I would go bak again the prices are incredible

Hotel Mision 11 from the entrance has modern look, front desk clerk are polite n helpful making sure everything is ok, such as room as your stay! Rooms are clean, Mattress are confortable to rest n sleep. It has WIFI, Netflix etc. Landline to make a call n outlets, n access to charge your phone. If you don't want to go far for a drink they hace a nice bar with good músic ballad, pop rock well they day I was there. N 2 restaurants homestyle Mexican food.

Clean, perfect location, and having a restaurant and entertainment all in the same location is perfect..

The only downfall but fixable is the mini split unit, made this weird sound, we didn't inform the staff since we got back late to the room and didn't want to go through the trouble of waiting for someone to fix it.

Good location. Only thing I would mention is that it's about one block away from the relatively safer, more populated Revolution Ave area if you are a pedestrian at night. Just walk down the curved road to the right after you exit the building for a few yards and you will be fine. Day times no problem walking anywhere. They didn't answer the phone though to tell them I was going to be late, but it turned out not to be a problem.

Staff very friendly, polite, enthusiastic, and just all around good people

Had several problems with the water getting cold and hot. However, it’s so common here in Tijuana. The water gets really hot and it gets really cold at this point. I learn to live with it so just be aware of that if you want call the front desk before you take a shower

The look of the room, everything seems to be new and very well organized. Nice colors. Clean sheets. As expected.

The size of the room in general butainly the space in the toilet and the walls around it. I am 6'2" and 200 lbs. I can't see a larger person fitting in such reduced space when using the toilet.
