I go to Tijuana often. Mostly Ticuan is great. I am tiring of the buffet, poor preparation. Sub par meets. The menudo meat should be cut smaller and condiments should be available. Also, hard to pour a bowl if there are no bowls available. They need to return the policy that gives clients the ability to pay the difference and get a different breakfast. They lose nothing and would make for happier clients. Also occupancy is for 2 yet we are denied the company of a guest at the buffet. This is a stain on the hotel for these are rare occurrences that would not cost the hotel any great amount. I like to tip but it is hard when I have to ask for a spoon, a bowl, can't imagine anyone enjoying menudo but having to request likes, onions, cilantro, oregano and tortillas. Europeans might not know the difference but any Mexican will be miffed to have to stand and wait for every little thing. They always appear busy but then they all leave the floor and you have to stand there and wait for staff to return. No bueno

So if your room is on Las Pulgas side and you need sleep it's not happening definitely stay on the side if you are partying sun doesn't push through if you are there to party then the North side is awesome staff immediately helped me move to a South side room since was there with my 3 year old Area great, staff, great, security great.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They could maybe have house cleaning available for emergencys .

Room was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is safe, comfortable and breakfast was included in our booking. The hotel is just off the main avenue, so you're able to walk out from the reception and be safe to visit local bars and restaurants.

There is a nightclub/bar at the rear so ask for a quiet room - we didn't have any issues though.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and very respectful. Thank You to the Ladies behind the counter and the guys at the door who were always ready to assist you and get the door for you. Thanks again.

The coffee cups were very small, you had to get up to get a refill, also no authentic hot sauce was available.

It's located right around the corner from the bustling Avenida Revolución, which hosts a wide array of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. Also, it was a block away from the venue I was playing at. Loved the parking. Room is spacious and comfortable. Good TV programming available in English. They kept it up nicely after over a decade when I last stayed there

I really did enjoy the location maybe for some it would seem a little dirty, but I didn’t enjoy because I was able to walk on the main street and purchase all the things that I was looking for

Front desk there was just one young lady who was very friendly the rest they could learn to smile a little bit more

That the rooms do not have a usb connection to charge cellular and when asked receptionist she said that for the amount I paid those rooms do not come with that type of amenities

This hotel is very clean, the restaurant is small and the food is ok. Location of the hotel is excellent and car parking is included

I stayed at this hotel many times and it's always the same issue, the front desk ladies are lazy and rude. Three ladies working the front desk, 1 lady is working and the other 2 just talking about BS making you wait for a few minutes until they decide to finally help you out, and when they do call you to the window their attitude is very unwelcoming. Besides the front desk staff everything else is great

Everything! Very nice Hotel I was actually surprised when we got there..It was alot better than what i imagined...The room was big the bathroom was really spacious it was really nice..the breakfast was good too...and the price I can't complain i think we got more than what we paid for..

I didn't like that i had to leave lol...It was only 1 night we were headed out the next morning back to Monterrey N.L...
