It is an adult facility (however the neighbors had a fight that went late into the night, which was disturbing). Very clean facility. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Staff has decent English skills. There were some little things that needed attention, such as the safe not working, but when notified, the staff was quick to respond and address the issues. The rooms are away from the street. We were on the first floor and there was no street noise. Location was good and it is easy to walk to anything you need, including some entertainment, such as amature stage shows. Coffee in the room.
Neighbors had a fight and apparently staff didn't address it. Maybe nobody complained, including me (too lazy and tired to bother). Breakfast is included at the choice of two different restaurants. However, the menus of allowed items are limited. It is slightly expensive by Mexican standards, but it also has some nice amenities.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The hotel is impeccably clean and the location is great. You can do a lot of fun things on foot and there are great restaurants, bars and museums in the area. We hardly used public transport or taxis, we did everything on foot.
The only addendum is that the room is very dark even with all the lights on.

From the moment I calked to ask about parking, the lady at the front desk made me feel welcomed. I like the new remodelación. The rooms were clean. Staff was great. Something new, is their breakfast. They give you two restaurant options to choose from. We went to Praga. Parking across the street next to Caliente Casino. Right in the middle of Revolución. !

The location is awesome, pretty easy to find local coffees and restaurants, within walking distance. Also pretty quick to get an Uber or taxi. Highly recommendable!
There's great noise cancellation from the exterior (the noisy Revu street with great parties), but, somehow, I could hear everything from the floor above mine, from the WC flushing to the shower, and people coughing, etc.

The receptionist was nice and patient. The hotel is pretty nice and I think it’s unique and enjoy the art around the hotel. It’s different compared to other hotels in that sense. The room we got was somewhat small but we made it work. The hot water in the shower takes about 3-5 minutes to heat up but very good hot temperature! You can get some free parking - just get the parking ticket from the designated parking garage and you license plate - which is nice.
Lighting is on the darker side. So ladies bring a light up mirror! No parking next to the hotel, you will have to park in a different parking garage but it’s across the street so it’s not far.

Location is the best, right in Centro between the food and the clubs. This isn't really a resort to stay at and relax but just a really nice place to crash after partying into the morning. Across the street from the Baristi coffee shop and some margarita restaurants! Parking is free & right across the street too! The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Check in and out was very easy & the few problems we had with the card key were fixed fast. They held our stuff for us on check out day while we ate and shopped around and got our car for us when we were finished. Other people staying there were respectful too. We stayed Halloween weekend too so keep that in mind lol. There's also been improvements to this place since we came in February 2022! So nice.
The only thing I didn't like was how easily you can hear other guests in the adjacent rooms and outside construction. The construction right above and next door starts at like 8-9am so beware of that when trying to sleep in! Get some noise cancelling earphones or earplugs and you'll be golden :) can't control construction! Also the lighting in the room is very dim dark and warm so if you need to do your makeup I recommend bringing another mirror/light! Fixable issues!

The rooms, beds, facilities, staff, location, atmosphere & ambiance is fantastic. Over the top in accommodations & attention to guest needs. I stay here several weekends every year. Also, best expresso coffee I've ever had ANYWHERE ♤ it's free .
The only thing that may bother some people is the walls are very thin so if you have the unfortunate timing to be in a room next to loud guests, you'd want to have combat earplugs...he,he!

Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff, this is my second stay, and they've been amazing!
Room was a little dirty...Could be the low lit rooms..But there was hair, dust bunnies, around the room. When I stepped on the floor with my socks, my socks got so dirty... :(

I like a bunch of things about this hotel! Starting with the unique design of the room - dark colors combined with neon, stylish paintings on the walls and cozy rooms with very cool illumination. And the hotel staff... Looks like the most elegant and attractive young women on the continent work in this hotel. I'm absolutely enchanted. Separately, I would like to note the highest level of cleanliness, really good knowledge of English among the staff, the presence of coffee machines and a balcony with comfortable chairs. A feature of the hotel (due to its location) is also the lack of windows to the street in the rooms. However, a well-thought-out lighting system creates the illusion of daylight which is actually a great idea. Rooms have air conditioning, also with heating.
To be honest in my review, I have to point out some negative aspects. Perhaps the only problem is caused by a combination of rather thin walls (good audibility), and neighbours who decided to have a party with loud music in the middle of the night. However, the owners of the hotel are aware of this feature of the walls and if the guests keep silence, everything is totally fine.
