Good free breakfast includes hot food and they do refill as it gets close to 10:00 AM cut off time. Can walk to restaurants on Revolution easily, not streets look a but shady but that's most side streets of Revolution. Plenty of secure parking. Costco is across the road. Can walk to border easily, but walkway area looks a bit shady, would not recommend after dark. house keeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Called front desk for extra sheets and they came to the room promptly. Good prices for the weekend compared to other hotels nearby.

Room had a nice desk to set up a laptop, but no outlet near by. Double bed had only one night stand and outlets on one side only, not good for two people with two phones to charge. Saw double rooms, have only one night stand in the middle, again issue if 4 people are sharing.

Great location far enough from the noise, but a short walk to Avenida Revolución and the cultural center. The rooms were very modern and everything was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They serve breakfast which was simple but satisfying.

I truthfully was delighted with the hotel but if I could change one thing is simply a small desk and chair or small table with chair to dine on in the rooms. I got a cold during my stay and ordered food and had to eat in bed because there is no desk or dinnette table in the room.

I went to Tijuana to get some of my chemotherapy medicine and they were left in my hotel room. Did your maids find any of my medications? They are very important to me. America doesn't prescribe high enough pain medicine so I speak to a Mexican pharmacist to get the proper medication. Please if you have it I will be willing to give you a reward.

Nice clean hotel. A little pricey in my opinion because there's no microwave or mini fridge. It's hard to have and hold food for your trip.

The cost. The room is sufficient but it shouldn't cost almost $90 after all the taxes are added.

Very close to all downtown areas, loved how there is security at night for your vehicles and safety! The only confusion was the entrance, at night all gates are closed and just the one on the far right of the hotel is open, there was no problem at all just confused me a bit. But overall great hotel, nice staff! Highly recommend!

I selected the hotel for price and location. I was happy with both. The breakfast was good. The staff very helpful and friendly.

It was a little noisy from traffic and at night nothing directly around the hotel.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The room was clean. Water pressure and temperature were spot on! The policy was no guests allowed in rooms but could meet in communal spaces was nice. No loud parties or feeling insecure about strangers (that weren't guests) wandering around. The parking garage was secure. Everyone was super friendly.

The gathering spaces and halls smelled bad. The ramp leading to the parking garage was insanely narrow and on a busy interchange (was a bit dicey getting in and out)

The only thing I would say is the breakfast could get up grade no much to chose from and they need a toaster bout it’s ok for the price I still in joyed my stay

Great hotel offering breakfast and basic accommodations. Nothing too spectacular, but perfect for my visit here for dental work. The staff are always friendly and professional. The rooms have everything you need. Again, it's not a luxury hotel, so it's not fancy.

I would LOVE to see a nice comfortable lounge chair with a foot stool in my room. It's very uncomfortable using your bed as a chair trying to watch TV or read a book.

Best value in Tijuana. Close to food, fun and the drinks sold there are appropriately priced. 4 Electrolit's for under $10 and 2 personal LA Cetto Cabs for $11, they seem to really care about providing excellent service.

The surrounding area seems to be getting worse, but this is not in their control. The walk back from the movies I counted about 10 homeless people in the 3 blocks.
