The place is really well located, it's right in the heart of everything, on Revolution, in the district! So great food, great shopping and great entertainment! The night time staff was amazing, David is an incredibly nice man and took great care of me and made it effortless and fun, to get checked in and get into my room! The daytime staff didn't speak much English, so it's very hard to interact with them and ask questions and they really made no attempt to figure out what I was saying or help me in my search for things. The outside people, there were several guys working outside, for running a little kiosk and selling items out front... they were amazing and very helpful and spoke great English, but I believe had nothing to do with the hotel itself, other than possibly leasing a space in front of their building. The only real bummer about the hotel, was it there was no place to do your laundry. The daytime staff had no idea how to help me find a laundromat or even really understand what the hell I was talking about. But the guys out front were great and pointed me to a place just around the corner, where I dropped off my laundry and came back after a workout and picked it up, all fresh and folded and ready to go! So if you needed something, while you're traveling, you won't be getting that information from the ding dongs at the front desk, during the day! I think they were more interested in how their makeup made them look and what the Kardashians were up to! But pretty much ask any guy out front and they'd look things up on their phone for you, get directions, really dig down deep and help! They found a gym for me, that was literally only one block away or about 150 yards, from the hotel. They found the laundromat for me, they explained the city and told me all the great places to eat and places to go to be entertained... so the guys out front... they're the best daytime staff, that Hotel Caesars, doesn't have!

I think I've covered it.

24 hr./Front desk. Entire staff was warm & welcoming. Fresh smell throughout. Immaculate housekeeping inside and in rooms. Cushy, quality king-sized bed and bedding with plenty of extra pillows. Smart TV. Easy to set to English and Guest on You-Tube. Central, Revolution Ave. is Tourist Central, so plenty of visible police make it a SAFE LOCATION,., Next door to the landmark Caesars Restaurant with Valet Parking. I normally ask for a refrigerator in my room and look for a pool, or at least a sauna. Surprisingly, I found both the icemaker and potable hot/cold water dispenser nearby my room and grabbing my morning Mexican coffee at the dispenser in the lobby was lovely. Homey atmosphere and convenience of finding everything I needed nearby.

Well, I forgave the non-automatic front doors once I noticed the evening doorman to navigate but I wonder about the stairs. Nicer and more fun using a clever elevator to get to my room rather than climbing the front stairs which is reality. On the other hand, I soon got used to it and noticed there was always someone nearby to help with whatever...so I'm not really complaining.

Room was very clean and plenty of towels provided, excellent air conditioning, room was quiet at night. Location was in close proximity to everywhere I needed to go to. It felt safe and secure. WiFi was strong enough.

No elevators means stairs to second floor seemed like a hard trek after a long day. Directions to parking lot around corner and up the street were not given to me clearly. Parking attendant was not polite or accommodating even after proving that I was a paying guest, and I had been tipping big everywhere I went. He lost a $20 US tip by being a jerk The chair in room at the desk was uncomfortable, and I had some computer work to do. I got a room with an ugly view of a next door rooftop.

From the front desk, to housekeeping, everyone was very hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are very clean as well as the lobby is when I just come in the upstairs to my room. The front desk says hello and asked me how I am. The best location on Revolution.

Low water pressure when showering and hard to reach my desired temperature. I overlooked that due to all the good things about the hotel and I get to walk out the door right into Caesar’s restaurant. Don’t get any better than that.

This is a first class hotel located in the Zona Centro, the old downtown Tijuana. Many bars and restaurants close by including the famous Caesar's Restaurant right nextdoor.

In August 22025 there is major construction taking place on Ave Revolucion, right outside the front door. In room 47 the toilet is not working properly, we had to remove the top of the tank to flush it.

I love the size of the room but when I booked online it said I was going to have a balcony for one price and then I'd pay extra to get it. But the price was still good.

Parking was not in the front or on one side of the building You had to go all the way around to the other side and then be let into the private parking but once we found it it was good. I'm glad that they had free parking for the guest.

We have stayed there several times in the last year, and each time it has been consistently comfortable, efficient and clean. They have been updating the rooms, and all are not pretty contemporary. Location is great, and although the neighborhood can be noisy, inside the hotel it is peaceful. Free morning coffee is the icing on the cake.

The price has been gradually rising, as they upgrade.

The room was clean and well maintained. Great location.

I thought US$80 in Mexico was overpriced for a small room in an old hotel. Had a VERY loud bathroom fan turn on, everytime I switched on the bathroom light. I showered with the light off as the fan was so loud. For a well-known hotel, staff hardly spoke As it was pouring with rain, I asked for a late check as I couldn't leave until it stopped, they wanted $40! No way under the weather conditions and circumstances, it would have been free at most other hotels.

Great location, right downtown in middle of everything! Room, excellent, super clean, great tv, great a/c! And super clean!

Nothing to do with the hotel, I don't think, but right next door is the Ceasar's restaurant, and you have to enter from outside, as far as I could tell. When I went to go in and check out a menu, some big under dressed (the restaurant and wait staff were very nicely appointed) dude stopped me and said are they expecting you? I'm like, no, I just want to see a menu, so he kept me outside the rope and patio area while I looked the menu over....pretty 'un-welcoming' feeling...no bueno.

Location is great and safe in the old town and landmark building. The Caesar’s salad next door was great and a must.

The manager downstairs is a little behind her computer or phone and doesn’t engage with the guests or says even hello. Everyone else was friendly mainly the guy that helps with the suitcases and front door
