The location of this hotel is Perfect! It’s walking distance from so many amazing restaurants and a short drive from the airport while being quiet at night. Nice firm mattress which my husband loves and good water pressure. It was very comfortable and we appreciated that it has AC as well. The tv also came with Netflix which was so great! The staff were very attentive, accommodating, and super nice.

There were a few stains on the carpet and for a king size bed I wish we had a few more pillows as ours were kind of flat. Also the mini fridge in the room was really small, hardly big enough for a take out box. I saw better, newer mini fridges in other rooms and think ours just needed to be updated

Really enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean, location very close Ave de La Revolution( walkable) Very close to Restaurant Ricardo's Centro with excellent food and 24/7. Parking available and a security guard on site. We would certainly go back

Due to the state of the sewage pipes in general, you can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet, a little notice by the toilet would have been helpful. Problem was solved quickly though and this will affect many places you go to. Definitely not a deterrent to going back .

Recently updated room that was very comfortable with an excellent king bed. The room was much quieter than I expected, especially considering it's one block off the main drag of Tijuana. Security was very good. I drove and the security of my car was of prime importance to me. There was a parking lot guard on duty all day and night. The door to the room was very secure against unauthorized entry. The price of the room was mid-range for that area of Tijuana and it easily justified it's cost. I especially liked having an in-room coffee machine. Ricardo's restaurant is just a few steps away from the hotel and has a very excellent breakfast, just don't expect to get in on Sunday morning; it's very popular.

AC needed service broken timer in bathroom for exsaust for moisture.

The location is excellent, the bed comfy, but the carpets and the bedding were dirty. The room needs to be cleaned and the carpets washed, but other than that was a great stay.

The check in process is very slow, but I understand they have to check the credit card and the ID many times, these days you don't know if someone is real with a real way of payment.

Loved our stay here. Close enough to Avenida Revolucion but in a much quieter area. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Lovely staff. Will definitely stay again.

Parking is excellent. Office is open 24 hours and available by phone as needed. Location allows access to many stores and restaurants in the area. The Zaragoza will often allow early check in depending on room availability.

No restaurant or bar as both are closed at this time.

I like the fact that it was in close proximity to Revolution Street and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept and the free use of Netflix was a plus.

Great staff! The Villa is run in an excellent way. The front desk is always helpful and welcoming. The management is very attentive. The location is nice. I have recommended this place to my colleagues, and they provided good feedback as well.

Actually I've been staying here for years. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in TJ. It's clean, secure, has a great location adjacent to downtown TJ. The staff is always helpful, even when you have a problem.

The hotel restaurant absolutely sucks eggs. I ate there twice the food varied in quality from bad to really bad. There are a lot of better options less than 15 minutes from the hotel. I noticed on this last trip, that it didn't seem to be getting a lot of action.
