Conveniently located near shops, entertainment, and dining options. The rooms are compact yet cozy! Spotlessly clean linens and towels!!! I highly suggest staying here. 😁

Sleeping can be challenging for light sleepers because of its location. The rooftop restaurant has a limited menu, and room service is disappointing. My food arrived incorrect and cold on both occasions. The check-in street appears quite intimidating, resembling a rough neighborhood. There's another exit-only entrance that feels much safer and more welcoming; it should have been the main entrance.

I wish I could provide them with a 20 star review. I was extremely nervous that area, room or service might not meet my expectations… That went away the minute I walked into the lobby. The manager Marco gave me a tour of the hotel and made me feel welcomed. He also provided me with great recommendations of things to do near by and assured me the area we were in was safe! The room was beautiful and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a great experience in Tijuana.

They should offer some sort of breakfast option in the morning.

Noise all times of hours, housekeeping was playing music really early but it was a good stay .

It was a great experience staying there. As a women I do wish they had more mirrors. And better lighting for make up. They only have 1 mirror in the room in the bathroom and the light was kind of dull. Hard to put makeup on. The place was beautiful and the beds are very comfortable.

Best hotel that we had stay at! Excellent staff and clean facilities staff was very attentive! A 5 star! Will definitely reccomend this place ! A curtain to make the room dark will help to get a good sleep!

It was clean and i loved the top of the hotel restaurant and i loved the big television and comfortable bed. And hot shower.I did like the front desk and the staff.And i did like they had an elevator.

I didn't like the music playing loudly all night until the morning.I didn't like they didn't have heat. and they didn't supply extra blankets because it was very cool in the room. And i didn't like that they charge me for using the television for Roku channels.. I didn't like the area it was located in.

Staff is amazing. English was very good. Location-wise, it's so close to everything. It's a 2 minute walk to our new favorite bar in Centro. Will definitely come back!

They were blaring music and not sure where it was coming from. Wish it was quieter or the walls would block off as much sound as possible in a bustling neighborhood.

Would definitely stay here again the location was awesome and I just found out they had a rooftop. I had breakfast upstairs. It was excellent. We definitely come back again!
