The hotel met our expectations for its price point. While the room was relatively small and basic, it was clean and cosy. Except for the occasional traffic, it was also relatively quiet at night and I managed to get decent sleep here. The hotel is also located a block away from Avenida Revolución, the main thoroughfare running through downtown Tijuana (Centro). There are two convenience stores (Oxxos) within a block from the hotel, and there is a supermarket (Soriana) about two blocks away. There is also a moneychanger opposite the hotel.

The only minus at this hotel was the toilet, which choked up a couple times during our stay. It was easily rectified with a plunger that I got from the reception, but just a little troublesome. We suggest that the hotel add a sign in the bathroom to remind guests not to throw their used toilet paper into the toilet bowl - when we avoided doing so, the toilet could generally flush properly.

Having thirteen million miles in my 65 years, I travel more than most. Have stayed in sub one par facilities to the top of the line. I have also stayed in similar properties in Tijuana. So, here is the good, the bad, and the ugly of INTJ. This is a boutique hotel as it claims. The decor was nice, and size small, so one did have a homey feel. The establishment was quite clean. The manager, Christiana went over and beyond. I have met many good, bad, and in-between hotel management in my day; she would be near the top. Room was small; water pressure great but took a while for hot water mid-day. Towels were huge, which is a super plus for me. I write; would have enjoyed larger desk. Room smelled of disinfectant my whole two day stay. Overpowering at first, but you get used to. Breakfast near bottom end of my breakfast experiences. TV nice size, though did not use. Other reviews I read said they just had streaming services, but you would need to verify. Price good in relation to similar properties, though room smaller and location a bit further from the center, which some people might prefer. You are near Hotel Ceaser, which has one of best restaurants in town. Many travelers would love this hotel. I liked the privacy. Probably would stay again if I could get a room with a larger desk. Oh; air conditioning split worked excellently.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The manager Cristina is extremely good at her job. She speaks English which is a huge plus. She knows a lot about Tijuana too. Daniela and Chelsea are very helpful. Everyone has a great sense of humor and they made me feel at ease. Luz and Ereny keep the hotel clean. My room was immaculate.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, no problems. When checking in, my sink was clogged so they gave me a different room in about 5 minutes. Good internet. One block away from the central street. Breakfast is mostly useless, don't count on it (there's a Mexican breakfast place next door) but coffee is nice.

Very nice little hotel. New , well maintained , nice rooms , nice lobby . Staff were excellent , friendly , helpful . Price was excellent . Free breakfast as well .Short distance from Revolucion Ave.

One block away from Revolucion Ave and close to a lots of bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and clean.

No hotel parking, I left the car half block away and left it there 24 hrs to avoid the struggle w parking.

nice bed and pillows, internet tv netflix youtube, room is ok(minimalistic, small, but ok). great location (under the hotel is a great place tortas chepultec highly recomended, resto, carl's jr., farmacia, policia and so on)

wish they had more than just 2 large and one hand towel at the room. When I asked for more towels, because I did stay 3 nights, I was asked to wait till afternoon staff came in, and when they did come in. I had to pick up my wet towels and hand them to staff, before getting new ones.

The location was excellent. Easy to get to Revolution, and everything around. The rooms were sparse but nice.

1.5 of the days we were there, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. At the high point we made the staff aware and they switch our rooms fairly quickly so I'm thankful for that.
