1. free cold and hot drinking water on every level in addition to 2 free bottles of water (made in Los Angeles), free coffee provided 24 hr near the front desk (I didn't expect I could have bowl instant noodles from Oxxo for snacks) 2. it is located somewhat close to Zone Centro and Zone Rio and is very quiet, tranquil, and safe after 9pm 3. there is a on site security guard from 7pm to 7am, and he works there every night ! ( he said it took him about 1 hr each way to walk between work and home)

1. there is currently hotel rooms renovation going on and it can be quite noisy during daytime 2. my room key didn't work past 12pm every other day which led to next complaint 3. during my one week stay, I was forced to have room cleaning once by the middle age front desk staff present in the morning (I had to see her every other day to reprogram my key and she didn't know why this happened)

1. Almost got stuck in the shower…no handle or missing handle from the inside of the shower to be able to open the door to get out. 2. Something about the outlets…it was hard to maintain electrical flow to charge telephone and battery charger . Had to go to front desk. After they made me aware a charger will help, charging went smoothly. 3. No swimming pool 4. Need more info at front desk about public transportation available. Printed if possible.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have local free phone calls, my cell do not work in that area , and I needed to call the doctor. That is the only bad side, I will not come back cause of that reason , local calls free service it’s important to me in case of an emergency

More often than not the key card doesn't work after you check in and you have to return to reception. Your reservation isn't held after 5pm which is a wild policy. Renovation and construction during day

i liked the location of the property. it was very convenient and easy walk to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet inside the room. I heard no street noise. The bed was very comfortable. the water in the shower was hot and had very good pressure.

The carpets are in need of replacement. the fan over the toilet is very loud. There is some wear on some surfaces. However, knowing that the rooms are being remodeled, I assume that those issues will soon be remedied.

It was clean, it has a smart mirror. It's within walking distance of both fast food and restaurants. The TV was big, and the WiFi was fast. Also, the shower.

I had to pay $300 pesos everyday for having my nurse come and check up on me.

I got charged for one towel that supposedly i left some stains on it which was not true and i found some long hair on the bathtub

The property is set back from the street so the room was quiet.

The room smells a little musty with smell covered by a cleaning product. I would prefer hardwood floors. It’s my only complaint about the hotel
