Big room

I don't know if it's possible to go in and out . Can they specified. If I m staying a couple of days. I can go in and out like a regular hotel?

The room was really big! Nice LG TV with a soundbar. We didn’t have a car but you could fit a big SUV in there (the room is above individual car parking, like literally you just walk up some stairs and there it is)

Front desk had the blinds down and another guy from maintenance had to help us talk to her, had to give my ID card through the little drawer, I was not confident at all at this point. Nobody spoke proper English. When stepping into the room, some adult channel was playing on TV

Great and friendly staff. Big rooms and beds plus very clean. It has a sitting area and your car is parked in a closed garage.

Location is good but on a busy one way avenue and it can get complicated to reach. Since it is a Motel, many guests come for a few hours and some were quite noisy playing very loud music. The staff seemed to take care of it but for about 30 minutes we could not sleep.

Breakfast can be purchased from the menu in the room. It will be delivered in a timely manner to your room. When I ordered dinner it was always tasty, fair price, and delivery was relatively fast by a friendly wait staff. Very nice.

It is located on a very busy street the Via Rápida Oriente which takes planning and care to exit and entered. After several trips I now know my way around and am fine.

security, park your car in your own garage, 24 hours security staff. food was great

down side is going to your buddies room you have to call first to open the garage then open your garage, not bad though. wish had a garage remote. food was a little expensive comparatively to other hotels I have stayed at

room accommodations were stellar.

the venting system should be cleaned, every time we turned the heat on minutes later we were coughing and sneezing, when it was turned off we were fine.

first of all I made a previous review however, I resent that review because I made a mistake when I looked at the price on booking now I was looking at pre-tax so I thought I was not being honored the booking now price however, I was offered the booking our price I just didn’t realize I made a mistake

Very large room, modern and attractive. Big screen television, with many good channels. Nice large shower with plenty of hot water. Little table dining area. Large king bed. Black out curtains to let you sleep in if desired. They have their own menu from the kitchen for room service, I need to try it next time.

The access in and out of the property takes a little getting used to. Its a bit like getting on and off a race track with Rapida Otay at the front door. As I have mentioned before, there is no key to the room, but the nice people remote open/close your private garage door when you enter/exit (this isn't a problem, it is just different, now I like it fine).

Perhaps due to language barrier I received no housekeeping services. I told reception on what day I needed room cleaned as I would be working all day but came back to unclean room. I also never received toilet paper which I had asked for upon return.

I discovered their wonderful kitchen with fabulous room service from Enrique, Roberto, and Carlos.

Nothing, I like everything and have stayed almost one dozen times. It is very private with no lobby or common areas, which is fine with me.
