Very clean and it had restaurants and a bar inside they had taxis there or coming in very often .

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice and clean, with a modern and sleek design. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the balcony that offered a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel also had some nice restaurants inside the property, which was very convenient. The food was delicious and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, amenities, and friendly staff make it a top choice for me.

This was an amazing place to stay. Three restaurants: we had an amazing breakfast at one, lunch at an intimate Italian restaurant for lunch, and dinner at the rooftop urban vibe sushi restaurant. All on site! Room service was top notch as well. The staff were so welcoming and took great care of us! Picturesque pool that had photographers taking wedding and quinciñera pictures at a few times, and for good reason. It was beautiful! Rooms were spotless and beds were comfy. I literally felt like this is one of the best managed hotels I have ever stayed at, and I never met anybody from management. Glad I stayed here and will stay every time I am in the city. Thanks to everybody for being so kind and taking care of all of the details so we could enjoy our stay!

The cleaning smell in the room was overpowering - we had to leave our window open - we had room service and were very disappointed in the quality of the food from ravini - I think that was the name / my steak had no flavor and they forgot the chimichiri sauce - husband duck was drowned in sauce but tough. Wouldn’t order again

Great room, great location. Was easy to find and plenty of parking. Balcony was overlooking street. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I was disappointed that the rooftop lounge was not open. We had a room with laminate floor and the floor was uneven. It would have been better if it was carpet. Cheaper for them and easier to clean but not comfortable for the guest. TV did not have HBO or any premium channels. I think they cutting expenses by offering only local channels and apps to view. They did not provide hair conditioner and only 1 shampoo and lotion for one person. We were 2 people. For how much they charge for the rooms, I expected more amenities. Buffet value was not worth it. Next time I will order ala carte.

The property is very beautiful and welcoming. I did not expect for this hotel to look like a five star luxury hotel.

What made the whole experience great were all the employees!! Always a smile 😃 very helpful! They should all be commended! Will stay here next time. We were there for my nieces wedding! Very accommodating 😍😍

I loved the room and all the services provide and the common areas were amazing.

I didn't like that so many of the food items had cheese and and dairy products on them. No consideration is shown to people who are lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy or whom are Jewish and cannot mix meat and dairy together. Cheese and other dairy products should be on the side so people who want it can use it while those who don't can opt out of its use.

I enjoyed the location. The hotel was very nice. It could be a little updated, but it was really nice.

He did the pillows pillows were. I’m gonna say pretty old no firmness whatsoever.

The food was amazing. Great sushi at the K tower restaurant. Breakfast the Lucerna omlett was fantastic.

They said 619 would be quiet but it's next to the elevator.. I prefer to be closer to K tower corner away from the road and elevator.
