The place is overall great, modern, marble, the kitchen is perfect, and has protected parking that requires an tag to enter. José Luis (security) is amazing and was super helpful with an awesome sense of humor and is very welcoming.

The hot water in the shower was very finicky and couldn’t get it really hot and the washer/dryer combo didn’t work when we tried to dry the towels. Blanca tried to help, but it was Christmas so hard to find help. The heater works really well and we used the area around it to dry the towels. The couch was not as pictured in the images, it’s a futon sofa that isn’t super comfortable and is broken on one side so when you lean back it makes a large scrape in the wall when it slides down.

Great modern apartment in a new building with great amenities. Also, our host Blanca was superb.

There was some dust in some minor places of the apartment and the washing machine was not working properly. We called Blanca our host and she fixed it, she was great.

Location, location,’location! The apartment is furnished with everything you’ll need for your stay. Very secure building and neighborhood. Excellent for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Excellent dining options and nightlife.

All is good , just a recommendation to improve; if it’s possible for the next visitors , leave a little bit of laundry soap or some floor cleaning in case there’s a super emergency , but everything is super good 😊
