Great location, rooms were decent size. Lots of restaurants at a walking distance! Outdoor mall was only a 10 minute walk from hotel! Staff was very nice and accommodating! House keepers were a gem!

Only issue is that only two 3 outlets in the room worked. The one is the restroom, the one by the mirror and the third one was the one hooked up to the TV, so we had to disconnect the TV in order to charge our phones. Also the room we got had no closet, just hanger space near the TV. Not such a big issue for us since we went for Baja Fest so we didn’t have much clothes to hang up, but could be an issue for someone who is packing multiple outfits.

The hotel was clean and peaceful and that is what matters most to me. The location was in a quiet and safe area. The staff was always helpful. Internet service was great. Room temperature was adjustable to my liking, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, lighting was sufficient. I could not have asked for more than that.

I honestly had no complaints. I didn't use any amenities besides the ice maker so I'm not sure how nice the gym, pool, jacuzzi were (if the hotel in fact had these amenities). There is nothing within reason that I would have needed in this hotel or the room besides the cleanliness and peace and quiet that was offered.

There was a very good selection even for my picky eaters . we were very impressed . The hot food was delicious . my husband had 2 sevings without feeling judged . As a matter of fact the employee asked if he'd like more before cleaning up the station . My daughter had the fresh fruit , sweet bread and cereal . My son whom is autistic and the pickiest of all eaters, his favorite cereal was available Frosted flakes . also made him toast . The employee saw him eating his dry toast and asked me if he liked jam she could bring him some . truly grateful to her .

the only negative thing i can say is the restroom had no vent and became foggy when we showered. everything else was great. nothing negative to say .

Process was smooth.

The parking in front is really limited, to get access to the rest of the parking the process is not straightforward. We need to park by the access, then go inside and do the check-in to get the room number then go back into the car and finally get a parking spot. Why can't we just use the seal on the ticket if we need the seal anyway?

Confortable to stay in, taxis readily available outside of hotel. The breakfast was varied and good.

The shower didn’t look very clean and the pillow were oddly sized 12 by 12. Not very comfortable to use if you use pillows to sleep.

Overall, I really liked the property. The spacious layout and abundance of natural light were especially appealing. Additionally, the location is perfect for my needs, with easy access to amenities and transportation.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was super friendly and let me work on the premises while I waited for my room to be ready. Great amenities. Good vibes.

It’d be nice to have a more thorough cleaning of the room. The beds are a little on the harder side. But good for my spine hhahaha

Clean room, great location

Small room as expected, but little to none closet space or organization for your clothes. Mirror on the bathroom was awkward to have.

it was clean, modern, great breakfast menu, friendly staff, was able to check in early and check out late once I became a member.

walls are not very soundproof so you will hear babies crying, groups laughing at 3am busy streets so the sound of the cars never ends. no mini fridge.

We liked the location, free breakfast, and free shuttle.

The carpet in the room was fifty, old , and not vacuumed. The bathroom floor was dirty too, it had trash along the edges of the walls.
