This is an excellent hotel and my go to property when visiting TJ. It is stylish, modern and comfortable with fantastic photos in the lobby/bar area. The kindness and politeness of the staff is overwhelming from checking to exit. Breakfast is a must. There's not much to walk to nearby - so a car/taxi is preferred for many reasons.

The internet worked for the most part but seemed to drop out from time to time. Very minor.

The hotel concierge was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. The drinks were good, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved the pool, the bar, and the Jacuzzi. The hotel has a very upscale feel, and we appreciated having access to so many amenities. I was able to schedule an in-room massage before our arrival, which was a great touch. The bed was amazing and super comfortable.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Service is first class and everything possible is done to meet visitors expectations. Breakfast in the lobby is very casual and my request for breakfast items have always been met. The roof-top pool area is a sanctuary in this busy city and exceptional view of the city, especially at night.

My expectation is to have 3 sets of towels for 2 people per room., which is also the standard for this hotel. At times this standard is not being met.

Breakfast in bed was unclear and so was charged due extra for bacon. Be careful when ordering that, however food itself was great.

Staff is very welcoming and recognizes us since we have stayed at K Tower many times. Breakfast in the morning in lobby, with Moises as server, excellent. The roof top restaurant food is first class with excellent servers.

Everythimg about this hotel is wonderful. Staff, amenities, room soze cleanliness all excellent . Great rooftop bar and restaurant. Excellent Sushi and it's open until midnight for late night food options.

Classy, clean, and confortable. The 24-hour room service, and the sushi at the rooftop lounge is the icing on the cake. These are the reasons that K Tower is my go-to every time I spend the night in Tijuana.

Accommodating and welcoming staff. Home away from home after staying there almost every weekend for the past 5 years

My sister and I were treated like VIP's! We found all of the staff to be so helpful and kind. In particular Omar helping us get a Taxi and helping us with our luggage to Jose the nephew of the owners personally thanking us and helping us the last day with our luggage back to the car! We looking forward to another stay in the future! We absolutely loved the remodel of the pool area. The jacuzzi was perfect as well as the food and wine! Thank you very much!
