We were traveling with two small dogs and were demoted to a Standard King Room after booking the “Superior King” and ended up paying MORE than we booked for the pricey pet fee (nightly) Staff are nice, room on the 5th floor was quiet and everything worked as it should. Bed was comfortable enough. I extended my stay for convenience sake but will def look for another option if traveling with my dogs next time.

Pricey nightly up charge for my 2 small dogs and we were demoted to a smaller room upon check in because dogs are not allowed on suite floors. The fact we were traveling with pets was known at booking - so perhaps changing their booking filters to not lure folks with pets into bogus bookings. My price did not go down for the much lesser room either. Key cards needed to be reactivated several times to use elevator and access room. No wash cloths or luggage rack TV was not “Smart” so we had 1 viewing channel option. Free Breakfast is pre packed muffins , yogurt ( not individual servings - scoop from buffet dish) maybe there was fruit ( no bananas..lol) Kellogg cereal. Yuk. No frills

The facility was great super clean , the staff man they are a 10 star crew . The gentleman who was serví breakfast this morning sep 03,2023 at Around 8am was just the best of best just made peoples day amazing . The was he treated Every single person that just walked it was amazing . Location was great , everything is near by . What made them extra special is there pet friendly.

The only thing is they don’t have coffee machines in the room like other hotels , trash cans (only in the restrooms )

The continental breakfast buffet had good options! We paid extra for a hot breakfast buffet and it didn't disappoint us! It was delicious!

The bed was so hard that I couldn't sleep well, and didn't have cups or coffee maker. Overall it was a good hotel to stay in, except the bed that for me was hard.

Alfredo at the restaurant is the best! And everyone at reception was wonderful as well.

The shower leaked during random hours of the day/night. We were there during Baja Beach Fest so there wasn’t any option to change. Wasn’t a big deal overall.

Beds were comfy and spacious. The lobby design was very pretty. Restaurant food was pretty good. We had the continental breakfast and they had a good selection. We also an afternoon small meal and everything was delicious. Free parking

Bedding had stains but everything else was clean.

My other hotel reservation was cancelled without telling me, so I was homeless until I searched for another hotel, and the City Express Plus by Marriott came up. I thank the other hotel that canceled since this one was a much better option!!!

We traveled for an event at the fiesta hotel which was a walking distance. The location is decent, we had a nice view of the city. Room was small but very clean. It did have ac which was awesome. For the price I expected a microwave at least but it's ok. Continental breakfast is free, but there is other dishes you can order at an extra cost. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. There is a security guard at night walking around the parking lot so our vehicle did feel secure. The hotel is in a transit street. There is an oxxo (like a 711) and a caffeino across the street.

Very clean, check out at 1pm!!! You can stay with a dog and very nice location, also free parking available!

Breakfast until 9am, would appreciate it at least until 10am

The security personal berry friendly and front desk allwsts nice

Afther Hrs need to have more front desk people to help the Receptionist was berry busy whit one perso waited for more then 25 to ask for hand towels

Everything beautiful place Friendly staff that told me where to go and where not to go. The room was super clean and very modern looking.. we will definitely be staying here again

We loved everything just wished it had a pool.
