Very clean facility and rooms. Roof top jacuzzi and the gym is a big plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very decent breakfast & room service. Safe underground parking structure made things easier. Keep up the good work.

Executive rooms don't have any windows, I think it should be mentioned in advance. Lots of construction going on in the area at the moment, which doesn't really have anything to do with hotel's management.

Access to the sauna and gym.

We were only given 1 card to have access to our room and we were 3 adults. Also, in order to keep the electricity running in the room a card needed to be left in a slot by the door. This was very inconvenient because if we wanted to separate to use other facilities in the hotel we all had to go at once.

The facility was very clean and the staff very friendly. We ordered room service several times and Norma was our fantastic server. We also dined at the restaurant and had the breakfast buffet, absolutely delicious!!! We’ll be recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

The only thing I don't like is that housekeeping does not knock on the door they just open the door and they see me in bed with my husband that's the only thing I don't like that they have to come in without knocking.

Hotel is in the safe area of the city. However, it is hidden and slightly off path. I like that because it is almost hidden. The parking is underground and there is staff keeping an eye in person 24/7. The attached restaurant has great food and affordable prices. We stayed in the larger single bed room with the couch and the extra space made our stay more enjoyable. There are many restaurants in walking distance but we always drove. Staff was also top notch.

Beautiful place to stay, Super clean , Close to the border, Restaurants and Doctors, excellent costumer service, Everyone there is super friendly, Love the restaurant and Room service. Definitely recommended.

There is nothing to dislike.

The staff on the front desk, the guys at the parking lot, and the staff of the restaurant and room service are all nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, good amenities, and sound proof.

I loved everything. Great room, lobby, cafe. Good gym, jacuzzi. Fantastic location. Best of all, the staff, top to bottom. A wonderful place.

Such a great stay! Super modern, upgraded and clean! All the staff was welcoming, nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend. The location is great too.

Very clean and the staff was great. People in the restaurant were excellent great service.

I would have liked having a iron in my room. I was disturbed several times at night by loud neighbors knocking on doors at 12am try to find people in there party. Other then that it was great stay. 👍
