Facilities are good overall, most of the staff have nice client service, they have an Airport shuttle so that is very nice.

Our beds were not comfortable at all, their mattress sagged and made really un comfortable to have a good night. Client service was good, my olny complain is the night receptionist, who felt like she wasn't in a good mood or is really serious. It's the second time I stay here but she is always the same.

we arrived from doing some shopping and it was 9:40pm when we stopped by the front desk to see if the restaurant was still opened. Front desk agent said yes it closes at 10pm but even if you walk in at 9:55pm they will still serve you. I proceeded to the restaurant and it was 9:43pm by that time and the server mentioned it was closed already. i informed him the front desk said we could still get service. I could tell the server was bother and told us to take a table and he’s response to us was “ Ok sit down and order fast” my wife was bothered by he’s remark and we got up and left.

Great property with attentive staff from Valet to Front Desk. Great location close to airport downtown etc. I have been staying here for years. Feel very safe and my car is always safe as well.

Its a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We loved the room. The lobby is spacious and a happy place. Lovely cafe and patio area. Good gym. Bar is great

Staff, friendliness, buffet, bar area. Super clean rooms, bedding exceptional, comfortable.

Pool area. Small pool and not so clean , at least not during our stay.

Everything was very nice and clean

The Valet Parking was a little disorganized , took a little time for them to get us our car but there was only one persons in charge

Really good service since the moment I made the reservation the manager fulfilled my requests right away and sent a personal message making us feel WELCOMED. Thanks

I wish the windows were doubles in order not to hear the traffic at night . The rest perfect

Staff is great, great location, and good tacos a walk down the street!!!!

The a/c didn't work, luckily the weather was a little cool so it didn't matter to much.

Super clean and fancy.

The bed was a little stiff and walls are extremely thin can hear everything outside and I was on the 7th floor. There was a wedding going on on ground floor and can hear everything and window was closed.

It was clean. The people were kind. It was relatively convenient for our quick stopover between flights.

The room was a little boring.
