The location was good. The facility is new and modern and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and the housekeeping staff did a good job. The in-house restaurant is simple and has a small menu but it's of course very convenient and the staff was friendly and the food good. One thing I particularly liked was the large window (overlooking Boulevard Sanchez Taboada)--other hotels I've been in in Tijuana were nice overall but the room wasn't as well-lit (City Express Plus) or they had a big window but it was so heavily tinted the room was still dark (City Express Suites).

Nothing comes to mind (though I'm writing this review a few weeks after I checked out).

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and helpful. The person who cleaned our room was especially helpful!

The staff was very friendly, they had a decent breakfast. They just kept running out of certain items pretty quickly however, it’s understandable due to the amount of people that went at the same time. However, the staff were real quick to respond and kept the tables clean.

I requested extra pillows and never received them.

It was quite scary when the elevator doors didn't open !!!!!

The breakfast was great and delicioso.

The WiFi did not connect. Also, we asked not to book the room next to the elevators, and we ended up next to the elevators.

Check out...took a long time, they had 2 clerks for one customer..but..other than that,it is a very nice hotel,and I will definitely stay there again.
